- Sam Mason, Executive Chef at Tailor (New York Magazine Critic's Pick), combines his two passions in life, food and music, as he rescues his favorite bands from culinary boredom. In each episode, Sam invites his favorite band over to his loft to enjoy a unique evening of gourmet food, friendly conversation, and extraordinary live music. Guests include Sharon Jones and The Dap-Kings, Final Fantasy, Les Savy Fav, MEN, Kid Sister, Flosstradamus, and YACHT.
- Together, Sam and Owen will cook up a Lamb inspired dish in honor of his UK meal, Lamb Loin with Razor Clam Ragu. Final Fantasy takes the stage to perform "Lewis takes Action" & "Midnight Directives".
- Les Savy Fav take the stage to perform "Yawn, Yawn, Yawn" and "Bringing Us Down". While Sam will be cooking Les Savy Pheasant (Jerk Pheasant) with a side order of Mason Mofongo and Bahamian inspired Rum punch with Akee to wash it all down.
- Sam will cook a low fat Can I Kick It Curry, Whip It Cauliflower and Rooi Moer, a Rooibos infused Gin with Apricot liquor, Chenin Blanc and Lemon. Kid Sister and Flosstradamus will perform "5-4-3-2-1", "Big Bills" and "Control".
- YACHT swings by for some of Sam's Pyschic City (Mushroom) Picado and Summer (black garlic) bok choy. Also he will stir up his Lovage Sour, a Lovage infused grain alcohol with vermouth and gin. YACHT performs "Psychic City" and "Ring the Bell".
- Award-winning singer-song writer, musical composer and actor Rufus Wainwright joins Sam Mason in the kitchen for a German-inspired meal and two very special performances. Because Rufus visits the German Alps every year, Sam has designed a meal that's reminiscent of that part of the world, but of course he adds a few culinary twists. Rufus claims his talent does not extend to the kitchen, but Sam still gets him to help prepare the delicious meal of Schnitzel at Last (rabbit schnitzel), Zebulon Spaetzle (mustard spaetzle) and New York Sauerkraut (parsnip sauerkraut). Once the meal is started, Rufus steps away to entertain Sam's friends with his song "Zebulon." When Rufus returns to the kitchen, he and Sam finish preparing the meal and Sam mixes The Judy, a sparkling Riesling cocktail. After they dine, it's time for Rufus to play an encore with the song, "Who Are You New York?"
