- DirectorRobert ClouseBruce LeeStarsBruce LeeGig YoungDean JaggerA martial arts movie star must fake his death to find the people who are trying to kill him.No. Not the series of fights at the end in the tower, which we know are great(and actually have the real Bruce Lee in them). But the Locker Room fight scene, between Bob Wall and several Martial arts doubles(including Yuen Biao) that pretend to be Bruce Lee. This fight actually has really good choreography. The display of Wing Chun by the Bruce Lee double are especially impressive.
- DirectorDwight H. LittleStarsBrandon LeePowers BootheNick MancusoWhen student Jake Lo witnesses a killing, he finds himself caught between two feuding drug lords. Betrayed and set up by the federal agents, the only person he can trust is Ryan, a Chicago cop who reminds Jake of his deceased father. The fight scene at the end between Brandon and and Al Leong, just doesn't get the respect it deserves. Watch for Hand techniques that are just great by Brandon.
- DirectorJohn R. LeonettiStarsRobin ShouTalisa SotoJames RemarA group of martial-arts warriors has only six days to save the Earth from an extra-dimensional invasion. While the movie is terrible. We forget it actually had one really good fight scene in it: Sub-Zero vs Scorpion.
- DirectorSteven SpielbergStarsHarrison FordCate BlanchettShia LaBeoufIndiana Jones becomes entangled in a Soviet plot to uncover the secret behind mysterious artifacts known as the Crystal Skulls. Not the best movie in the series. But has one of the best fights. The one where Indy and the tall Russian soldier battle it out, surrounded by giant killer ants.
- DirectorMark Steven JohnsonStarsBen AffleckJennifer GarnerColin FarrellA man blinded by toxic waste which also enhanced his remaining senses fights crime as an acrobatic martial arts superhero.Make that: 'Daredevil' Director's Cut. The End fight between Daredevil and Kingpin is restored to all it's brutal glory.
- DirectorRichard DonnerStarsMel GibsonDanny GloverJoe PesciWith personal crises and age weighing in on them, LAPD officers Riggs and Murtaugh must contend with deadly Chinese triads that are trying to free their former leaders out of prison and onto American soil. The Final fight with Mel Gibson & Danny Glover vs Jet Li. Jet Li brought in his personal fight choreographer to do this fight, and it shows. This fight is very intense and realistic, showing no favoritism for the two good guys(at least not until the end anyway). A very good note for the series to go out on.
- DirectorJohn G. AvildsenStarsRalph MacchioPat MoritaRobyn LivelyOstracised villain John Kreese attempts to gain revenge on Daniel and Miyagi, with the help of a Vietnam War comrade, the wealthy owner of a toxic waste disposal business. No, not the sorry final fight. But the one in the darkened Cobra Kai Dojo, Where Mr. Miyagi comes to the rescue for Daniel san, and takes on(and beats) the movies' three villains. A bright spot in a bad movie.
- DirectorPeter HyamsStarsJean-Claude Van DammePowers BootheRaymond J. BarryA former fireman takes on a group of terrorists holding the Vice President and others hostage during the seventh game of the NHL Stanley Cup finals.Van Damme vs The Pittsburgh Penguin. That's right, Van Damme fights a 6 foot woman baddie dressed as the Pittsburgh Penguins mascot. The fight takes place in the industrial size kitchen of the Penguins stadium. Everything is utilized, from the dish washer, deep fryer, to the paprika shaker. But the best thing is Van Damme is getting his butt handed to him thru most of the fight. OH! and did I mention he's fighting a woman, who's wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins mascot outfit.
- DirectorSheldon LettichStarsJean-Claude Van DammeGeoffrey LewisAlonna ShawTwin brothers are separated when their parents are murdered but 25 years later they re-unite in order to avenge their parents' death.Van Damme vs Van Damme. Limited by 1991 technology, this fight is pulled of quite well. Shot in a dark room to hide the double, but also very well lit to see the respective twin. And most importantly, the editing is very sharp. Adding to the illusion that Van Damme is actually fighting his twin.
- DirectorKurt WimmerStarsChristian BaleSean BeanEmily WatsonIn an oppressive future where all forms of feeling are illegal, a man in charge of enforcing the law rises to overthrow the system and state.Any fight in the film(but if you want a specific one; The final fight). This movie as a whole is very underrated overall. So you might not have seen it, or ignored it. Very dumb marketing made the movie look like a 'Matrix' ripoff(Take a look at the poster to the left). The director invented his own fighting style for the film, named "Gunkata".
- DirectorDavid DobkinStarsJackie ChanOwen WilsonFann WongWhen a Chinese rebel murders Chon's estranged father and escapes to England, Chon and Roy make their way to London with revenge on their minds.Jackie Chan vs Donnie Yen. Two of the best Martial Arts actors meet for the first time ever, And it's a great fight. Giving only a few minutes to perform, Chan And Yen make the best of the small window they have, and it's an Awesome display. And to add to the suspense, they fight while trying to dodge bullets from an Gatling gun, that is wildly firing around them.
