My Best Animated Feature Winners
This list details the film directors I feel should have won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature from 1989 through the present even though the award was not given until 2001. My choices are purely opinion and largely reflect only those movies which I have seen, so my opinions, and subsequently this list, may change as time goes by and I see more films. I have also included whether or not my winner was nominated and/or won the Academy Award as well as the other films/actors/directors I would have nominated alongside my winner in as close to a preferential order as possible. I do not have the time to write explanations for all of my choices so leave polite, mature feedback/comments and I'll be happy to justify my choices to the best of my ability. Note: For Honorable Mentions, * denotes category nominee and ** denotes category winner for actual Academy Awards.
