Great film! Excellent acting done by JGL and Angelica Houston as well. Seth Rogan was typical Seth Rogan but it fit his character. Anna Kendrick and Bryce Dallas Howard were also very good in their respective roles

The acting in this movie is some of the best I have seen for 2011! Nick Nolte, although his character is nothing new to him, was outstanding... I didn't care for Joel Edgertons character much but he did an excellent job also. Tom Hardy's performance was what caught my eye. I can't wait to see his performance as Bane in the Dark Knight Conclusion. His performance will make me check out some of his old work which i have not seen (other than Inception)

I was worried about how Marvel would execute Thor. Their new direction with the Avengers flicks doesn't exactly lend itself to the mythology of Thor as it does for the Hulk or more accurately Iron Man. I thought Kenneth Branagh did a great job with what he could with the material and staying true to the story of Thor. I found the film to be driven heavily by Natalia Portman's character and you cannot complain about that.
