LMN (often original Melrose Place) actors who annoy
As a self-professed Lifetime Movie addict, I know that the same actors and actresses appear time after time after time. Many of them hail from the original Melrose Place, which was my guilty pleasure for the years it aired. So many of these faces have been gracing my TV screen for many years.
While that's not bothersome most of the time, there are a few who seem to eternally portray the same character, and do it so much by rote that it becomes distracting. There are also those who seem unable to display more than a single "face." That causes me to wonder what the connection is that keeps them working all the time.

Sophie Gendron makes first place on this ignominious list, because her single face is an angry one that is so massively inappropriate in some of her roles that she always makes me cringe. I don't know if it's too much botox, too much collagen in her lips, or just that no-one ever told her that her "sexy" look isn't sexy, it's po'd. The worst is when she's supposed to be happy about something, as I've never seen an expression on her that even remotely resembles "sparkly" or "delighted."- Actress

Jamie Michelle Luner was born on Wednesday, May 12, 1971 to Stuart and Susan Luner in Palo Alto, California. She grew up with her older brother, David Luner, and her mom Susan in California. Before landing her roles on Just the Ten of Us (1987) as dizzy "Cindy Lubbock", Jamie began her career in front of the cameras at the tender age of three doing TV commercials. At 15 she won the L.A. Shakespeare Festival in the category of monologues. She was still working on Just the Ten of Us (1987), while attending Beverly Hills High School, from which she graduated in 1989. She took a break from acting, attended culinary school, and was a chef at French restaurant Drai's after Just the Ten of Us (1987) was canceled in 1991.
She returned to TV in Moment of Truth: Why My Daughter? (1993) in 1993 with a few small parts in shows such as Married... with Children (1987), Diagnosis Murder (1993). Then, she got her first break as Southern seductress "Peyton Richards" in Savannah (1996). After the prime-time soap was canceled, Jamie and her then-boyfriend Johnny Braz traveled around the US in an Airstream motor home before she landed the role of "Lexi" in Melrose Place (1992). After the Fox soap ended in 1999, so did her four-year-romance. Then after Ally Walker left, Jamie joined the cast of Profiler (1996) as "Rachel Burke".
Later she was in ABC's short-lived 10-8: Officers on Duty (2003). Then, in 2005, she had lead roles in Lifetime's, Blind Injustice (2005), Stranger in My Bed (2005) and, in 2006, The Suspect (2006), The Perfect Marriage (2006) and a guest spot on The War at Home (2005).
Jamie has also done theater work in Santa Monica in "Black & Bluestein", Other Space, Santa Monica and The Young Playwrites Festival in Los Angeles. My number two has, unfortunately, been in a few films alongside my number one. This makes for uncomfortable movie watching, where it's nearly impossible for me to say if the scripts were passable or not, as I spend the entire movie waiting to see if either one can look anything other than their single emotion. Mind you, Jamie Luner is infinitely more expressive than Sophie Gendron, but she still tends to maintain that wide-eyed phony friendly look that is her stock-in-trade, regardless of the emotion of the scene.
There is one plus for Luner, and that is that I now at least remember her, which is more than I can say for her Melrose Place character.- Film and TV actress Boti Bliss had a unique childhood growing up in a teepee in Aspen Colorado without electricity or running water. At the age of 16, she ran away to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. It wasn't long after arriving in Hollywood that she started landing parts in TV shows and movies. She spent eight years playing Valera on CSI:Miami and has guest stared on many hit dramas including 'Bones' and 'Perception', as well as comedies such as 'Maron'. Her movie credits include 'National Lampoons Dorm Daze', 'Bubble Boy', and the upcoming 'Fourth Grade'.Boti Bliss makes this list because she not only has a small range of emotional expression on her face, but because she often plays roles of supposedly irresistable man-baiters. I don't get that at all. As with Sophie Gendron, there are times where Bliss seems to be going for sexy look, but comes across as angry and evil instead. She seems to be cast as a "poor man's" Lisa Rinna, who makes the list as well...

William Remington Moses was born on November 17th, 1959 to actress Marian McCargo and businessman Richard Cantrell Moses Sr.
William's parents divorced when he was young. His mother met and married Alphonzo E. Bell, Jr. in 1970. Alphonzo adopted William and his three brothers. Alphonzo later became one of the most loved congressmen in California. Growing up on in a citrus farm in Ojai, California, he was not interested in showbiz until he met his brother Rick Moses' agent and did a commercial for Sprite. William's first movie opportunity came with Choices (1981). Shortly after that, his big break came - he read and won for the part of "Cole Gioberti" in the prime time series Falcon Crest (1981). He stayed there for 5 seasons.
He also guest-starred in episodes of Fantasy Island (1977), The Love Boat (1977), Maxwell Ltd: Finder of Lost Loves Pilot (1984), Hotel (1983) and "Battle Of The Network Stars" (1983-1985). He excelled at the latter because of his athletic skills. This is also how he met actress Tracy Nelson, daughter of rock legend Ricky Nelson and Kristin Harmon. They were married on romantic Catalina Island in July 1987.
A month after the wedding, Tracy was diagnosed with a form of cancer, Hodgkins' Disease. Because of her illness and waiting for her remission, they delayed having a baby. On August 11, 1992, their daughter, Remington Moses, was born. They divorced in 1997. William later found Sarah, whom he married in 2002. They have two daughters.
He will probably always be remembered for two roles, Falcon Crest (1981) and the Perry Mason Mysteries series (1989-1995). He comes from a talented family. His brothers are actor Rick Moses, musician Graham Moses and minister/director Harry Morgan Moses. His late mother, Marian McCargo, was a tennis star and actress before becoming a mother and stepmother to seven boys. He also has three stepbrothers.William R. Moses makes this list because he is the actor most single-faced. He comes across the same to me whether he plays the villian or the victim. Sometimes I can't tell which he is supposed to be. Unlike Jamie Luner, one of his fellow Melrose Place alumni on this list, he seems to be stuck in that series' casting forever more.- Actress

Her other ventures include a fashion line for QVC named The Lisa Rinna Collection and the cosmetics collection Rinna Beauty.Another Melrose Place alumnus, Rinna long suffered from her over-plumped lips upstaging her. Fortunately, she's deflated them a bit over the years, and can therefore actually show some kind of emotion on her face. Still, her looks, while beautiful, tend to upstage her acting ability.- Actor

Thomas Calabro was born on 3 February 1959 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. He is an actor and director, known for Melrose Place (1992), The Last Ship (2014) and The Bay (2010). He has been married to Lisa since 1 August 2015. He was previously married to Elizabeth Knight Pryor.Calabro, yet another Melrose Place-er, has always seemed to me to have an ever-so-slight sneer underpinning all his expressions. However, I'm beginning to suspect that it may be my lingering impression of his Melrose Place character haunting him in years since, as he has played the good guy in some of these LMN flicks and I'm finding him less annoying and distracting as time goes by.
