There were no real smash hits in 2005 but some were pretty good. No one really remembers anything from 2005 at least I can't but these were films that were successful in the box office, had good critical acclaim and won movie awards like the Oscars or The Golden Globe, and have a high rating from Rotten Tomatoes between 100-70% no less. One of the more underrated films on this list. A beloved story of a friendship so wild it doesn't seem possible. A cheetah is not your average playmate, but the movie handles that like a pro.
