Review: Extremely good episode. Emotionally moving, filled with excellent character development and real heart. This episode is very satisfying. - DirectorTricia BrockStarsOctavia SpencerDave AnnableAstroJordi's mother agrees to stay in his life and encourage him to continue with treatment, on condition of the doctor maintain their romance.Episode: 3
Review: Excellent episode. The dialogue is good (Finally! After 2 episodes of extremely cheesy lines) the whole plotline with Jordi and his Mother is top notch and the episode has some good character moments. - DirectorAlfonso Gomez-RejonStarsOctavia SpencerDave AnnableAstroAn unlikely group of rebellious friends face adolescence at Los Angeles' Ocean Park Hospital.Episode: 1
Review: The dialogue is extremely annoying and annoying beyond belief. "Awesome sauce"??? "Medical 411"??? What teenage boy would say that stuff. Some characters work, some don't. The character Dash as played by Astro is stuffed with the majority of the bad dialogue and gets the least amount of character development. Leo also gets a ton of bad dialogue. The best parts of RBS were Jordi's scenes alongside Octavia Spencer as Nurse Jackson. - DirectorJason EnslerStarsOctavia SpencerDave AnnableAstroAfter Leo abandons Emma, Jordi makes his move. A new patient puts Kara off balance and nurse Jackson fights to keep Charlie at Ocean Park.Episode: 6
Review: It was alright. It felt a bit filler. I found Daren Kagasoff as Hunter the weakest point of the episode. The actor and character were both extremely annoying. The storyline with Ciara Bravo's Emma having to decide between Leo and Jordi was so-so. Jordi's actions were abit overwhelming. But I did like Olivia Spencer and Mandy Moore in their scenes. And while the episode as a whole was a bit filler, the episode wasn't as cringeworthy as some of the previous episodes. - DirectorJason EnslerStarsOctavia SpencerDave AnnableAstroLeo goes into a tailspin when Jordi's surgery doesn't proceed as expected.Episode: 2
Review: Dull. The whole plotline with Kara and her two moms was pretty weak. And Jordi gets absolutely zip character development. The Leo and Dash plotline was likable though. - 2014–201542mTV-147.9 (167)TV EpisodeDirectorDan LernerStarsOctavia SpencerDave AnnableAstroDetails of Charlie's accident are revealed, which creates a moral dilemma for Jackson. Meanwhile, Jordi gets a taste of freedom.Episode: 5
Review: So lackluster. Lacking enthusiasm or spark. This episode lacks bite.
