Maulik Pancholy was born in Dayton, Ohio, USA. He is an actor and writer, known for 30 Rock (2006), Weeds (2005) and 27 Dresses (2008). He has been married to Ryan Corvaia since 28 September 2014.- Abigail Kintanar's humble beginnings can be traced back to April 2005 when PAX-TV cast her to star in her own episode for their reality series "Xtreme Fakeovers." This not only marked Abigail "Gail" Kintanar's debut on cable television, but the network featured her to play the lead role in her own reality episode titled "Star Discovery."
By June 2005, she lands her second reality show when Discovery Health cast her to star in her own episode "Gail and Mark" for the reality series "Love on the Rocks."
Abigail Kintanar is now famously known for her roles as CelebReality Star "Red Oyster" of VH1's "Flavor of Love" and as a "Charm School" Alternate. She reprises her role as "Red Oyster" in several network television cameo appearances - "VH1's Big in '06 Awards," "Flavor of Love" (The Reunion), "Flavor of Love" (Season 2), NBC's "Identity," FUSE TV's "Pants-Off, Dance-Off" and even Red Oyster's most memorable and shocking moment (when she bowed out of the competition in the middle of the elimination ceremony) was a highlight on E!'s "Talk Soup" during the host's recap of the show's first shocking twist (no one knew Red Oyster would voluntarily eliminate herself from "Flavor of Love" in episode 5).
She solidified her "Reality Show Star" status by appearing on "Details Magazine" for their "Reality Stars" Issue, "Life & Style" Magazine and makes headline news on "The Signal" when the "Lifestyles Section" dedicated the front page of their February Valentines Day Edition in honor of Abigail's obsession for the color red and attempt to set a world record with Guinness by wearing red everyday for 8 years to date.
Dubbed as the "Most Infamous Filipina on Reality TV" with her own reality episode, "All About Abby" on TFC's "Pinagmulan: The Journey Home," Abigail Kintanar solidified her controversially-clad CelebReality Vixen status on TFC's "Speak-Out" and joins the elite class of Filipino-American Celebrities, ranking #2 with them on "Balitang America's" List of "2006's Biggest Newsmakers."
While Abigail Kintanar is a mainstay Model for Vance McDaniel's True Image Concepts website, she has tried her hand in all aspects of the entertainment industry. She hosted the Love4Leyte Benefit Concert @ The Grove in Anaheim working alongside Apl.de.Ap of the Black Eyed Peas, The Basco Bros. (Dante Basco, Dion Basco, Darion Basco and Derek Basco), Fil-Am Comedian JoKoy, DJ Rocky Rock, Hyphy Performer Nump, etc. She was also the host of the US Theatrical Movie Premiere of 'Wag Kang Lilingon and introduced the likes of Philippine-based stars Anne Curtis and Kristine Hermosa.
Kintanar was briefly featured on Fox 11 News, NBC's "Joey," "Las Vegas," and "West Wing," Showtime's "Huff," UPN's "Half & Half," TLC's "Untold Stories of the ER," FOX's "The Inside," CBS's "The Unit," MTV's "Wild 'N Out" and if you look real closely, you'll catch her wearing yet another red outfit in Lindsay Lohan's music video "First."
She also had the wonderful opportunity to work with Director James Olmos on HBO's made-for-tv film "Walk-Out," and Susan Lucci for the "Youthful Essence" Infomercial. You might even catch her as she appears in "Disney Secrets Revealed" showcased in Disney Parks around the world!
Kintanar graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Bakersfield with a BA in Communications, Mass Media, Law and Film. She graduated from College of the Canyons with an AA Media in Media Arts and Majored in Radio/Television/Video/Film. Therefore, because she has two degrees under her belt, she is quick to confirm the fact that she IS also a shrewd, cunning and unscrupulous Machiavellian breezy who is capable of outwitting even the most highfalutin swain. - Albert Millaire was born on 18 January 1935 in Montréal, Québec, Canada. New York Times Best Selling author of "Confessions of A Prairie Bitch: How I Survived Nellie Oleson and Learned to Love Being Hated", Alison Arngrim is best known to viewers world-wide for her portrayal of the incredibly nasty "Nellie Oleson" on the much loved, long running hit television series "Little House On The Prairie," and continues to amuse audiences through her many film, television, stage and multi-media appearances.
Her one woman show "Confessions of a Prairie Bitch", which started at Club Fez in New York in 2002, has now become a world-wide phenomenon, having been performed to packed houses in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Green Bay, San Francisco, Seattle, and in France, where Alison performs entirely in French to standing room only crowds in her all French version titled: "Confessions d'une Garce de La Prairie" and "La Malle aux Tresors de Nellie Oleson."
As a stand-up comedian, Alison has headlined at nightclubs such as the Laugh Factory, the Comedy Store and the Improv in Los Angeles; as well as the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York and assorted comedy venues all across the United States and Canada.
She is currently starring in two comedy series pilots: "Life Interrupted", as the ex-wife of commercial child star Mason Reese, with Erin Murphy, ("Bewitched") as her new wife and Dawn Wells, ("Gilligan's Island), as her mother, as well as, "C.P.R. - Child Performers Resurrection Talent Agency", as an ex-child star gone wrong, trying to save herself and her assorted misfit cohorts by opening a talent agency.
She recently fulfilled a childhood dream to be in a horror movie, with her role as "Leeza", the somewhat ambivalent Satanic high priestess in the new supernatural web series "The Mephisto Box".
Alison has mocked her status as an "ex-child star" on Jay Leno's Tonight Show, during their month long parody, "Hollywood Survivor" and continues to be a frequent interview subject on everything from "A&E", "E! Entertainment", "TV Land" and "VH-1", to CNN and the Travel Channel. The TV Land network honored her undying image as TV's worst bitch, by declaring her the winner of their 2006 award for, "Character Most Desperately In Need Of A Time Out".
She starred in the heartwarming, gay, Christmas cult classic, "Make the Yuletide Gay", as the overbearing "Heather Mancuso". Her other television and film appearances include, "Livin' the Dream", "Tinder & Grinder", "The Bilderberg Club", "For the Love of May" with Ru Paul and Patricia Neal, and "The Last Place On Earth" with Billy Dee Williams and Phyllis Diller. In her spare time, she takes tourists on the rollicking comedy outing, "Nasty Nellie's Tour of Hollywood", (featured at Dearly Departed Tours), where she simultaneously enlightens and amuses passengers with behind the scenes tales from both Hollywood history and her own life.
Never one to forget her "Prairie" roots, Alison enjoys making appearances several times a year at various "Little House on the Prairie" historical sites for educational events and gatherings of fans. She has been a frequent visitor to the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum in the real life Walnut Grove, Minnesota as well as Green Bay, Wisconsin's Heritage Hills, Mumford's Genesee Country Village, Laura Ingalls Wilder Historic Home and Museum in Mansfield, Missouri and many, many others.
Alison has a long history of activism. In 1986 when her friend and "Little House husband" co-star, Steve Tracy, passed away due to complications of HIV/AIDS, Alison immediately began volunteering at AIDS Project Los Angeles. Her duties ranged from working on the Southern California AIDS Hotline and the APLA food bank, (APLA's Necessities of Life Program,) to chairing the steering committee of the volunteer speakers bureau and developing "Safer Sex" workshops. She has provided AIDS education to doctors, nurses, prison inmates, service clubs, churches, department stores and schools, written AIDS education articles for the magazines "Frontiers" and "Designers West", and spent seven years hosting the APLA educational cable television show, "AIDS Vision". In 1992, Joel Wachs presented Alison with a resolution by the Los Angeles City Council commending her on her work on behalf of people living with HIV and AIDS.
From 1989 through 1993 she served as Program Manager at Tuesday's Child, an organization assisting children and families affected by HIV and AIDS. From 1989 through 2003 she served as both hostess and producer for the comedy stage at the AIDS Project Los Angeles Annual Summer Party, (on the back-lot of Universal Studios), where through an evening of raucous entertainment, featuring name comedians, she helped to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for people living with HIV.
She currently serves as California Chair, National Spokesperson and Founding Board Member on the National Advisory Board of The National Association to Protect Children, or PROTECT.org, fighting to give children a legal and political voice in the war against child abuse. As an activist for the improvement of child protection laws, she has spoken before the California Senate and worked on legislative and political campaigns in several states, including Virginia and New York, in addition to PROTECT's work on federal legislation in Washington, D.C.
She has appeared on numerous television news programs discussing the legal and political issues surrounding child sexual abuse and exploitation. She came forward to tell the world about the sexual abuse she suffered in her own life, during her 2004 interview on Larry King Live.
She continues to be interviewed on this and other topics on Nancy Grace, CNN's Showbiz Tonight, The Insider, Court TV, and Bill O'Reilly's The Factor. Alison currently lives somewhere in the wilds of Tujunga with her husband of over twenty years, musician Bob Schoonover, (from the rock and roll band "Catahoula") and their evil cat, Clarice. She takes pride in the fact that so many people enjoyed hating her as a girl and is more than happy to give them the opportunity to do so in the future.- Script and Continuity Department

Michael Justin "Burnie" Burns was born in Rochester, New York on January 18, 1973 and grew up in Houston, Texas. The son of a Catholic priest and a Catholic nun, Burnie's early life was directed toward the medical profession. His father was a Physics professor who worked on the Desertron Super Collider. He is one quarter French-Canadian.[10] The nickname "Burnie" was given to him by an Alief Elsik High School senior to separate him from the many Michaels in his class. Burns' determination to pursue a medical career led him to become a member of HOSA. Half of his senior year consisted of clinical rotations at Southwest Memorial Hospital . As a state champion in medical terminology, he focused his academic career in high school on attending the University of Notre Dame. After high school, he attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. While there, Burns got his start in video production by volunteering at K29HW-D, Texas Student Television. During his time with TSTV, he founded Sneak Peek, the longest-running student television program in the world, in which he reviewed films and conducted interviews with guests such as Adam Sandler.
Burns went on to become the president of the tech support company teleNetwork Partners, and eventually broke out to form his independent company Rooster Teeth.
When his family couldn't afford to send him after his acceptance, Burnie chose instead to attend the University of Texas. While there, his studies led him to switch his focus from pre-med to computer science. In his free time, he dabbled in film. At Texas Student Television, a student-produced television station out of the university, he founded the longest-running student program in the world, Sneak Peek, where he reviewed movies, discussed entertainment news and even interviewed a young Adam Sandler. In his final year of university, Burns was intent on making a movie. Joel Heyman and Matt Hullum, who were roommates at the time, agreed to help, with the former agreeing to star and the latter helping write, produce and direct. They shot The Schedule (1997) over a three-month period on 16mm film for $9,000.
urns became frustrated with the difficult distribution process and the film only screened in a few festivals. Soon after, the trio parted ways. Heyman and Hullum went to Los Angeles, while Burns accepted a position at a local tech support company.
There, he met his co-workers and future Red vs. Blue collaborators Geoff Ramsey and Gus Sorola. In June 2002, Burns teamed up with his colleagues to create their first viral video, a Mac Gamer Switch parody.
Burnie wrote and directed his first feature film, The Schedule (1997), in his final year of university with his friends and future Red Vs. Blue partners Joel Heyman and Matt Hullum. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science he accepted the position of President of teleNetwork. There, his co-workers included future RvB collaborators Dan Godwin, Geoff Ramsey and Gus Sorola. In 2003 he started the hit web series Red Vs. Blue and founded Rooster Teeth Productions. Once told by an interviewer, "Everybody would like to be Cary Grant", Grant is said to have replied, "So would I."
Cary Grant was born Archibald Alec Leach on January 18, 1904 in Horfield, Bristol, England, to Elsie Maria (Kingdon) and Elias James Leach, who worked in a factory. His early years in Bristol would have been an ordinary lower-middle-class childhood, except for one extraordinary event. At age nine, he came home from school one day and was told his mother had gone off to a seaside resort. However, the real truth was that she had been placed in a mental institution, where she would remain for years, and he was never told about it (he would not see his mother again until he was in his late 20s).
He left school at age 14, lying about his age and forging his father's signature on a letter to join Bob Pender's troupe of knockabout comedians. He learned pantomime as well as acrobatics as he toured with the Pender troupe in the English provinces, picked up a Cockney accent in the music halls in London, and then in July 1920, was one of the eight Pender boys selected to go to the United States. Their show on Broadway, "Good Times", ran for 456 performances, giving Grant time to acclimatize. He would stay in America. Mae West wanted Grant for She Done Him Wrong (1933) because she saw his combination of virility, sexuality and the aura and bearing of a gentleman. Grant was young enough to begin the new career of fatherhood when he stopped making movies at age 62.
One biographer said Grant was alienated by the new realism in the film industry. In the 1950s and early 1960s, he had invented a man-of-the-world persona and a style - "high comedy with polished words". In To Catch a Thief (1955), he and Grace Kelly were allowed to improvise some of the dialogue. They knew what the director, Alfred Hitchcock, wanted to do with a scene, they rehearsed it, put in some clever double entendres that got past the censors, and then the scene was filmed. His biggest box-office success was another Hitchcock 1950s film, North by Northwest (1959) made with Eva Marie Saint since Kelly was by that time Princess of Monaco.
Although Grant retired from the screen, he remained active. He accepted a position on the board of directors at Faberge. By all accounts this position was not honorary, as some had assumed. Grant regularly attended meetings and traveled internationally to support them. The position also permitted use of a private plane, which Grant could use to fly to see his daughter wherever her mother Dyan Cannon, was working. He later joined the boards of Hollywood Park, the Academy of Magical Arts (The Magic Castle - Hollywood, California), Western Airlines (acquired by Delta Airlines in 1987) and MGM.
Grant expressed no interest in making a career comeback. He was in good health until almost the end of his life, when he suffered a mild stroke in October 1984. In his last years, he undertook tours of the United States in a one-man-show, "A Conversation with Cary Grant", in which he would show clips from his films and answer audience questions. On November 29, 1986, Cary Grant died at age 82 of a cerebral hemorrhage in Davenport, Iowa.
In 1999, the American Film Institute named Grant the second male star of Golden Age of Hollywood cinema (after Humphrey Bogart). Grant was known for comedic and dramatic roles; his best-known films include Bringing Up Baby (1938), The Philadelphia Story (1940), His Girl Friday (1940), Arsenic and Old Lace (1944), Notorious (1946), An Affair to Remember (1957), North by Northwest (1959) and Charade (1963).- There was a time when Catherine Craig was known in Hollywood as a promising and talented "B"-level actress as opposed to being simply Mrs. Robert Preston. All in all, she handled it with grace, poise and wifely dedication.
Born Catherine Jewel Feltus on January 18, 1915, in Bloomington, Indiana, she was the daughter of a circus proprietor and cinema owner who piqued her initial interest in the arts. Although she attended school in the States (in her native Bloomington), she spoke Spanish fluently as a result of her childhood trips with her family to South America (including Santiago, Chile). Graduating from the University of Indiana in 1936, she was a speech instructor's assistant for a time while appearing on the local stage in Indiana.
Eventually relocating to Los Angeles in search of a professional career, her well-modulated voice and crisp diction came in handy when radio work came her way. She met actor Preston while both were fellow students at the Pasadena Playhouse. The lovely blue-eyed, chestnut-haired Catherine initially earned studio interest interest after being spotted by a 20th Century Fox talent agent. She promptly apprenticed with the films Doomed to Die (1940), Murder Over New York (1940) and Manhattan Heartbeat (1940).
Catherine, however, earned a contract at her husband's studio, Paramount, but remained relatively obscure with a trail of decorative bit roles in such dubiously-titled "B" hokum as Las Vegas Nights (1941), West Point Widow (1941), Parachute Nurse (1942), Showboat Serenade (1944) and The Bride Wore Boots (1946). In the post-war years the blue-eyed, chestnut-haired beauty finally began to earn more noticeable assignments such as her lifeboat survivor in Seven Were Saved (1947), her wealthy fiancé menaced by a conniving Albert Dekker in the superb "B" crime thriller The Pretender (1947), and her innocent-eyed prairie flower opposite Randolph Scott in Albuquerque (1948).
Following a few stage endeavors (she appeared with Preston in the plays "Girl of the Golden West" and "The Play's The Thing" in the late 1940s), she appeared in a few more films, the best being The Pretender (1947). By 1950 Catherine had drifted back to minor status and retired from films after a nothing part in No Man of Her Own (1950). From then on she completely avoided the limelight in support of her husband's career. Preston himself became disillusioned with films and the couple moved to New York wherein he became a Tony-winning Broadway performer of musicals and legit plays. Catherine appeared in an occasional play such as "Bell, Book and Candle" and "Inherit the Wind".
After living in Greenwich, Connecticut, then Montecito, California, Preston's film career was rejuvenated when he transferred his Harold Hill success to the big screen in The Music Man (1962). He won an Oscar nomination decades later with Victor/Victoria (1982). Following Preston's death from lung cancer in 1987, Catherine, along with former theater co-stars Mary Martin and Bernadette Peters, paid tribute to him at the Tony Awards presentation that year. Catherine settled in Santa Barbara and passed away at age 88 in 2004. - Actress

American film character actor who appeared in primarily comedic roles from the 1920s through the 1950s. Born Fehmer Christy Chandler (named after his uncle, well-known architect Carl Fehmer), in Kingston, New York to Colonel George F. Chandler and the former Martha Schultze (a sportswriter and daughter of Boston Symphony Orchestra conductor Carl Schultze), by the age of 12, he was appearing as a dancer and entertainer in local stage shows. His father, an army surgeon and organizer of the New York State Police, enrolled him in a military academy, The Manlius School, which he attended for three years, serving with distinction and rising to the school rank of corporal. At 16, though he was being groomed by his family for a military career, he dropped out to work on a tramp steamer and, later, to pursue work in vaudeville and to study dance at the school of famed choreographer Ned Wayburn. Chandler maintained a successful career throughout the 1920s as a dancer and comedian in vaudeville and burlesque, at times teamed with Naomi Morton, granddaughter of vaudeville and Broadway star Sam Morton. In 1930, Chandler, still billed as Fehmer Chandler, joined the cast of the Liberty Bell Filling Station radio show starring Chic Sale, as Rodney Gordon, the assistant to Wheel Wilkins (Sale), proprietor of the titular gas station. Two years later, he landed a role in the Ben Hecht-Gene Fowler Broadway play The Great Magoo. Spotting him there, film producer David O. Selznick signed Chandler, now billed under his boyhood nickname Chick, to a film contract at RKO, telling the press that Chandler was "a cross between Lee Tracy and James Cagney." Chandler, who had done behind-the-camera work for director Charles Brabin in 1923 and had appeared in at least one silent film as an actor, turned full-time to movie acting with his first films under contract, Sweepings and Melody Cruise, in 1933. He appeared mainly in supporting roles, mostly comic, in nearly 120 films over the next 36 years. Under the pseudonym Guy Fehmer, Chandler wrote a screenplay about racing called The Quitter. In 1955, Chandler was cast in the starring role of Toubo Smith in the adventure series Soldiers of Fortune, alongside John Russell as Tim Kelly. In the show, Smith and Kelly traveled the world engaging in treasure hunts, rescues, and exploration adventures. It brought Chandler his greatest fame. During the off-seasons, he toured the country in stock and musical theatrical productions such as Harvey and Annie Get Your Gun. He was also a regular on the short-lived 1961 NBC comedy series One Happy Family. In February 1925, Chandler became engaged to Ziegfeld Follies performer and Christy model Dorothy Knapp, whom he had met in his uncle Howard Chandler Christy's studio in or around 1922. Knapp broke off the engagement to pursue her career further, and Chandler then became partnered, both privately and professionally, with 17-year-old Sallie Sharon, whom he met at West Point. The pair formed a vaudeville team, but never married. On April 4, 1931, Chandler married Eugenia "Jean" Frontai, a former contract performer with David Belasco's theatrical company. They were married 57 years, until Chandler's death from a heart attack on September 30, 1988. (Jean Chandler followed her husband in death [from cancer] the next day in the same hospital, South Coast Medical Center.) The couple had no children.- Actor

She lived in Piennes in north-eastern France until the age of four, when her family moved to Loudon. Her younger sister, Georgette, was later briefly married to the American film director Vincente Minnelli.
At the age of sixteen, Martel won her first beauty pageant (Miss Châtellerault). A year later, in 1953, she became Miss France and was then crowned Miss Universe in Long Beach, California, by the actress Julie Adams. At that time, she was the first entrant from France to have won the coveted title, which came with a $32,000 sports car plus a studio contract with Universal-International. Decades later, Martel presided as one of the celebrity judges over the 1978 Miss Universe pageant, held in Acapulco, Mexico.
Her sojourn as a Hollywood starlet was undistinguished. After three minor film appearances, Martel departed the movie capital for Mexico, where she headlined in several pictures before making her swansong in the Italian sword-and-sandal epic Tharus figlio di Attila (1962). She was latterly active in Mexican television.
Martel was briefly (for 72 days) married to K&M Department Store heir Ronald Marengo. She married her second husband, the producer/director Miguel Alemán Velasco (son of Miguel Alemán Valdés, former president of the Republic of Mexico) in March 1961. Producer/director Cirio H. Santiago is the son of Dr. Ciriaco Santiago, who founded Premiere Productions in Manila in 1946. He has two siblings. After starting out as a producer he started directing English-language movies in the early 70s. Santiago became one of the pioneers of the "Blaxploitation" genre by being one of the first to cast black actors and especially actresses as strong action heroes. Movies like TNT Jackson (1974) became instant cult classics. In the 80s, Santiago became known for his numerous low-budget Vietnam war movies such as Firehawk (1993) which gave him a reputation as the "master of the Vietnam war genre". A long running partnership with Roger Corman assured proper distribution of his movies in the USA. Many of today's hottest filmmakers such as Jonathan Demme, Joe Dante or Carl Franklin got their first directing jobs with Santiago. In 1995 he was named president of the Philippines Film Development Funds by President Ramos. The organization strives to uplift the quality of Filipino filmmaking to new, higher standards and to encourage production of foreign movies on location in the Philippines. Premiere Productions, headed by Cirio H. Santiago, still remains one of the biggest studios in the Philippines and went public in 1997.- Actress

Blonde singer/actress Constance Moore was a stylish, glamorous lead in many "B" war-era musicals. Born in Sioux City, Iowa, on January 18, 1920, she was raised in Dallas, Texas, and nurtured ambitions to be a singer. The one-time brunette with the rich contralto started out as a band vocalist prior to entering films. Universal took notice and signed her up initially, but she is probably better known for the vocal work she did as leading lady in Republic Pictures tunefests, her best showcases being Show Business (1944) and Atlantic City (1944). In the former, she joined co-stars Eddie Cantor, George Murphy and Joan Davis in the vintage songs "I Want a Girl, Just Like the Girl That Married Dear Old Dad" and "Dinah". In the latter, she was top-billed and soloed on "After You've Gone" and "On a Sunday Afternoon".
As for her non-singing endeavors, Constance was seen to good advantage as both the femme colleague Wilma Deering to Buster Crabbe's planetary hero in the popular Buck Rogers (1939) serial, and as the lovely young daughter of W.C. Fields' character in the classic comedy You Can't Cheat an Honest Man (1939), in which she also played second fiddle to love interest Edgar Bergen and his puppet Charlie McCarthy. That same year Constance would yet again receive lower billing to the puppet in the mystery Charlie McCarthy, Detective (1939). She and "husband" Macdonald Carey complemented Rosalind Russell and Fred MacMurray in the comedy romp Take a Letter, Darling (1942) as a secondary couple, and she later provided lovely distraction from the rugged goings-on in the WWII picture I Wanted Wings (1941) and westerns Mexicana (1945) and In Old Sacramento (1946). Constance retired from films in 1947 after co-starring with Eddie Albert in Hit Parade of 1947 (1947). She reappeared on TV only a few times in later years. Outside of some guest shots on such shows as Laramie (1959) and My Three Sons (1960), she co-starred with Robert Young in the short-lived, post-Father Knows Best (1954) series Window on Main Street (1961) and then replaced Irene Hervey in the dramatic series The Young Marrieds (1964) while in its second season. She also occasionally worked up elegant nightclub acts. Married in 1939 to agent John Maschio and the mother of two, her husband later became a successful real estate agent. After her retirement, Constance indulged herself in still life painting. Her husband passed away in 1998 and she followed in 2005 of heart failure following a long illness. Danny Kaye left school at the age of 13 to work in the so-called Borscht Belt of Jewish resorts in the Catskill Mountains. It was there he learned the basics of show biz. From there he went through a series of jobs in and out of the business. In 1939, he made his Broadway debut in "Straw Hat Revue," but it was the stage production of the musical "Lady in the Dark" in 1940 that brought him acclaim and notice from agents. Also in 1940, he married Sylvia Fine, who went on to manage his career. She helped create the routines and gags, and wrote most of the songs that he performed. Danny could sing and dance like many others, but his specialty was reciting those tongue-twisting songs and monologues.
Samuel Goldwyn had been trying to sign Kaye to a movie contract for two years before he eventually agreed. Goldwyn put him in a series of Technicolor musicals, starting with Up in Arms (1944). His debut was successful, and he continued to make hit movies such as The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (1947) and The Inspector General (1949). In 1954, he appeared with Bing Crosby in White Christmas (1954), which was based on the Irving Berlin song of the same name. In 1955, he made what many consider his best comedy, The Court Jester (1955), with the brilliant Pellet with the Poison routine. Like all things, however, the lifespan of a comedian is limited and his movie career waned. In 1960, he began doing specials on television and this led to his own TV series, The Danny Kaye Show (1963), which ran from 1963 to 1967.
Some of his last roles were also his most memorable, such as an intense Holocaust survivor in Skokie (1981) and as a kind but goofy dentist in an episode of The Cosby Show (1984). He also worked tirelessly for UNICEF.- Actor

David Michael Bautista, Jr. was born on January 18, 1969 in Washington, D.C., to Donna Raye (Mullins) and David Michael Bautista, a hairdresser. He has Filipino and Greek ancestry.
When WCW officials told him he'd never make it in sports entertainment, Bautista pushed himself to achieve his dream of being a Superstar. In May 2002, he made his debut on SmackDown using the ring name Batista, but it wasn't until a move to Raw and two victories over Kane that "The Animal" began to make noise in the WWE Universe. The wins impressed Ric Flair and Triple H, who were looking to align themselves with the industry's brightest new stars. After a lengthy search, they identified Randy Orton and Batista. Collectively the four Superstars became known as Evolution.
Batista earned his first championship alongside "The Nature Boy" when the duo captured the WWE Tag Team Championships in December 2003. As Evolution dominated WWE, Batista started to emerge from the shadows of Triple H and Ric Flair. By the time Batista won the 2005 Royal Rumble Match, World Heavyweight Champion Triple H viewed him as a serious threat to his title.
After a triceps injury at the hands of Mark Henry forced Batista to relinquish the title in January 2006, he vowed to return. Batista successfully regained the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series in 2006. Four months into his second reign, Batista faced the Undertaker at WrestleMania 23. "The Animal" took Undertaker to the limit, but was unable to stop the streak of "The Deadman" at WrestleMania. Though disappointed, Batista stayed hungry and always managed to keep himself in the championship hunt for the rest of his career.
At Bragging Rights in 2009, Batista shocked the world when he blamed Rey Mysterio for a loss to Undertaker, then attacked his former tag team partner. "The Animal" then became locked in a tense rivalry with another former friend, John Cena, over the WWE Championship. The grueling match at Over the Limit led to a wheelchair-bound Batista declaring "I quit!" the following night on Raw before fading from the WWE Universe in May 2010. Following his departure from WWE, Bautista appeared opposite Vin Diesel in the Universal film Riddick (2013) and RZA's feature directorial debut The Man with the Iron Fists (2012), in which he played the villainous Brass Body and starred opposite Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu. His other film credits include The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption (2012), where he played Argomael; the action film House of the Rising Sun (2011); and Wrong Side of Town (2010) opposite rapper Ja Rule.
Two years later, he joined MMA and won his first professional MMA fight. In January 2014, he made his long awaited return to the WWE, before quitting a second time in June of that same year. He did this in order to promote Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), which was released on August 1, 2014, and starred Chris Pratt, Benicio Del Toro, Zoe Saldana, and Djimon Hounsou, alongside Bautista.
He will shoot Kickboxer: Vengeance (2016), directed by John Stockwell, and co-starring martial artist Alain Moussi and UFC fighter Georges St-Pierre. The remake of the 1989 Jean-Claude Van Damme film, Kickboxer (1989) is about two brothers David and Kurt Sloan; When David wins the Karate World Championship, a promoter lures him to Hong Kong, despite his brother's protestations that the man is a crook. When Kurt travels to Thailand to meet his brother, he discovers he has died and seeks his revenge.
After starring in films such as, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), Blade Runner 2049 (2017), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Hotel Artemis (2018), Escape Plan 2: Hades (2018), and Final Score (2018), he made a special guest appearance on WWE Smackdown! (1999) for it's 1000 episode reuniting with his former Evolution members Triple H, Randy Orton, and Ric Flair on October 16, 2018. The following year on February 25, 2019, he made his return to WWE Raw (1993) when he attacked Ric Flair on his 70th birthday at the end of the episode sending a message to Triple H that would ultimately lead to a No Holds Barred match for WrestleMania 35 (2019). Batista added the stipulation that if he wins the match, Triple H will have to retire from in-ring competition. As a result, Triple H was finally able to beat Batista for the first time and won the match, which ultimately led to Batista announcing his official retirement from wrestling in the WWE. Following his retirement, he will continue with his career as an actor in Hollywood.
His next films scheduled for release will be; Stuber (2019), Avengers: Endgame (2019), Escape Plan: The Extractors (2019), and My Spy (2020). He is one of many professional wrestlers to make the smooth transition from wrestling into the entertainment world.- Producer

The man most of us know by his unmistakable, calming yet disturbed raspy voice was born Davis Eli Ruffin on January 18, 1941, in Whynot, Mississippi. His father, Eli Ruffin, was a Baptist minister. Only months after his birth his mother Ophelia Ruffin died, and his father later remarried, to a schoolteacher.
David began singing and touring at a very young age with his father and siblings in a gospel group. Leaving home at 13 to pursue the ministry, it was David's select showmanship that caught the eyes of some in the secular music industry. He then moved to Detroit, Michigan, and was signed to Anna Records in 1960 and then Check-Mate Records in 1961. David didn't have hits with either label, but they were good showcases for his vocal ability and talent. In 1964 he joined The Temptations, who had yet to chart a hit, at Motown Records. The "Tempts"' hitless status changed in March of 1965 with the classic "My Girl", on which David sang lead. The song stayed at #1 for eight weeks, and the rest is history. The same showmanship that brought David into the R&B industry caught the attention of fans around the world. His stage performance was dynamic. His dramatic hand gestures and slipping out of chorus to fall to his knees wasn't all this tall, slender man wearing black-framed glasses could do. His voice proved to be powerful, as he went on to sing lead on Temptations hits that brought joy and happiness in the turbulent times of the 1960s. These times also proved to be turbulent for the group, however. Tensions arose when David asked for billing before the group, a practice common among vocal groups of the time. Not only did David not get his name above the group's, but he was dismissed from the group in 1968. He was Still under contract at Motown, though, and his solo career got off to a promising start with the ballad "My Whole World Ended (The Moment You Left Me"). Subsequent releases failed, however, as did duets with his brother Jimmy Ruffin. Few of the songs charted and he blamed Motown for not properly promoting his music. In 1979 he left the label and went to Warner Brothers, where his career unfortunately went into a complete decline.
He later rejoined The Temptations for a reunion tour, but after that he fell obscurity, and his personal life also took a downward spiral when it came to light that he was suffering from substance abuse and depression. He eventually reunited with former Temptations colleague Eddie Kendricks (who was now also a solo artist) in 1986, and they began touring and performing with 'Artists Against Apartheid', Live-Aid, and Hall & Oates. In 1989 Otis Williams was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and David and Eddie begin touring with ex-Temptation Dennis Edwards. Weeks after the tour ended, David was dropped off at a Philadelphia hospital and an hour later the man who sang the biographical tune "Statue Of a Fool" from every bit of his heart and soul was pronounced dead. While the official cause of death was ruled a cocaine overdose, his family has come to believe that foul play was involved. When the world lost David Ruffin, it lost a life too short-lived, a heavenly voice, and a whimsical, charismatic man. He had one of the most recognizable voices in music. The joy and sadness in his songs can be felt by all. David's voice will continue to bridge the generation gap just as it crossed the color lines in the sixties and seventies. Legends are never forgotten and David Ruffin IS a musical LEGEND.- Actor

Born in 1941, David Stollery began appearing as "the child" in many Hollywood features. However, it was with Disney Studios that he really made his mark. As a teen Stollery was most notable for his role as Marty Markham, the spoiled rich kid, in The Adventures of Spin and Marty (1955), seen regularly on The Mickey Mouse Club (1955). David also appeared in several Disney feature films, including the story of the exploration of the Grand Canyon in Ten Who Dared (1960) and Westward Ho, the Wagons! (1956). While many of his acting contemporaries were making their move into rock music and teen idol pictures, Stollery left Hollywood to pursue his education. Capitalizing on his fascination with auto design, David has made a significant mark in the automobile industry. He is credited with the design of the 1978 Toyota Celica, and has directed the design of over 22 models for the Japanese firm.
