- Busty and beautiful brunette model, actress, and stripper Annie Ample was born Karen Ann Bell on October 30, 1950, in San Diego, California. Ample took two years of drama at San Diego State University as well as five years of modern jazz lessons. Among the men's magazines Annie posed for pictorials in are "Pub," "Live!," "High Society, "Mayfair," "Velvet," "Eros," "Gent," and "Cheri." Moreover, she also wrote articles and did interviews for the adult publication "High Society" in the early to mid 1980s. Ample earned 5,000 dollars a week from top clubs on the East Coast at the height of her career as a stripper. In addition, Annie also starred in her own burlesque revue, did a stand-up routine in amateur comedy shows, and portrayed Lungs in the enjoyably silly comedy romp Delta Pi (1984). She made a disastrous and ill-advised foray into rock singing in the early 1980s. Ample wrote a biography about her exploits called "Bare Facts: My Life As a Stripper;" this book was published in 1988. Annie died at age 57 from complications from multiple sclerosis on January 1, 2008, in Las Vegas, Nevada.- IMDb Mini Biography By: woodyanders (qv's & corrections by A. Nonymous)
