Had Sandeep Kapoor, Khristine Eroshevich, and Howard K. Stern arrested in March 2009, and charged with illegally furnishing medications to Anna Nicole Smith. In October 2010, a jury acquitted Kapoor, but found Stern and Eroshevich guilty of two counts of felony conspiracy. The charges against Stern and Eroshevich were dismissed in January 2011.
