He acted in Shelagh Delaney's play, "A Taste of Honey," in an Oregon Shakespeare Festival production at the new Black Swan space theatre in Ashland, Oregon with Margaret Rubin, Cameron Dokey, Keith Grant and Rex Rabold in the cast. Richard Hay was scenic designer. William Bloodgood was assistant set designer. Duncan McKenzie was technical director. The theatre seated 138 people and was created to produce new and experimental work. James Edmondson was director.
