- Fraunie Fraunholz was born on December 30, 1876 in Alberta, Canada. He was an actor, known for The Thirteenth Chair (1919), The Star of India (1913) and A Fight for Freedom; or, Exiled to Siberia (1914). He died on March 2, 1938 in Norwich, California, USA.
- He made seven films with Marian Swayne, all of them in 1913.
- During World War I, at which time there was an anti-German sentiment in America, he changed his name to Fraunie French.
- The Motion Picture Studio Directory and Trade Annual (1920) noted that he was 5'8" tall, weighed 140 pounds, and had a light complexion, brown hair and gray eyes. At the time his address was listed as Fort Lee, New Jersey.
