- An out-take of Greer singing a duet with George Sanders of "I Have a Dream" from "Jupiter's Darling" (as the singing voice of Esther Williams) is included in the CD box set for "That's Entertainment!".
- Greer was married to a member of the Lawrence Welk orchestra. She even guest-starred on the Welk show in the '60s, singing "Strangers in the Night".
- She was a vocalist with Ray Anthony, Sonny Burke, and Les Brown. With Ray Anthony she recorded "You're A Heartbreaker" in 1953. Elvis Presley recorded the same song two years later on Sun Records.
- Sang the vocal on Ray Anthony's party record hit "The Hokey Pokey".
- Greer dubbed Kim Novak's voice singing "Life of the Party" in the 1955 film "Five Against The House" and two years later dubbed Novak's co-star, Rita Hayworth, in "Pal Joey." Musical director Morris Stoloff preferred Greer's voice to the singer who dubbed Novak in "Pal Joey" and had her record "My Funny Valentine" with him on the album "Soundtracks, Voices and Themes" for Colpix Records.
- Was signed to a $10,000 contract to dub the vocals for Ava Gardner (as "Ruth Etting") in MGM's "Love Me or Leave Me," but Gardner refused to report for work and Doris Day replaced her, doing her own singing.
- Born in Atlantic City, NJ, she was brought to California with her parents through the Panama Canal.
