Here's a tip for interviewers meeting Amy Schumer - don't call her partly autobiographical Trainwreck character "skanky".
The comedian didn't take too kindly to the remark from Matt Tilley at Australia's Kiis 101.1, and the rest of the interview is just painful to watch.
Things were going quite well until Tilley asked: "Do you have the word skanky in America?"
"We do have that word," an unimpressed Schumer replied, joking that he must be thinking of his mother.
"Come on, that's the character in the movie. I'm not trying to offend you," he said.
But Schumer was in no mood to forgive him, replying: "Whatever you are trying to do, you are [doing]. That's a rude question."
The rest of the interview went downhill from there, as Schumer disagreed with him about his take on her character's journey.
Towards the end of the chat, Tilley asked: "Would you rather do that [acting] and have stand-up as fun?...

After a challenging 2012, the lines have been drawn and the troops are in position for the 2013 radio year. Colin Delaney looks across the country at the old and new faces and the biggest fights on the cards in the battle for the ratings win.
2012 was a tumultuous year for Australia’s radio industry. Marred by several well-publicised incidents, the reputations and standing of talent, management and key brands in the space took a beating, as did the image of the medium as a whole.
But the stage is now set for the battle of 2013 after the ratings season begins on January 20 and those in the industry Encore spoke to are hopeful the coming 12 months will see a turnaround with a number of new additions to the talent lineup and the return of many industry veterans. Stynes and Lukis start on Tuesday
Sydney’s Mix 106.5 will finally put its new breakfast duo of Sami Lukis and Yumi Stynes on air this Tuesday – nine days after the first official radio ratings period of 2013 began.
The duo – Sydney’s first all-female FM breakfast team – were named for the slot by station by owner Australian Radio Network at the end of last year. The move came after the previous lineup split with Claire Hooper leving the station and Tim Ross moving to national drivetime.
Mumbrella understand that the pair, who have not previously worked together, have been in off air rehearsals as they work to build up chemistry.
The show will target a 25-44-year-old female demographic.
Stynes said in this afternoon’s announcement: “We’re very different people with our own take on life but we feel like we’ve been friends for years”.
Lukis added: “I think...

The Today Network has shifted time slots for its month-old radio show Mamamia Today, a spin-off of women’s website Mamamia.
The show will now air from 3-4pm Monday to Thursday as a lead-in to The Fifi and Jules Show, however it will remain on 6-7pm Friday nights to follow Hamish & Andy.
Hosted by Em Rusciano and Dave Thornton, the female-focused show will now be going head to head with Mix’s national show 3Pm Pick Up with Chrissie Swan and Jane Hall. Freedman is a regular guest on the program which debuted on August 6.
Freedman said: “We’re thrilled at the seamless way Em and Dave have helped to translate Mamamia.com.au onto radio with Mamamia Today. They just ‘get’ the brand so instinctively. And readers have responded really well to the opportunity to interact with the Mamamia brand on another platform.

Stynes, left, has been axed while Swan will continue the show with Jane Hall
Broadcaster Yumi Stynes this weekend saw the completion of one of the most dramatic career reversals in memory.
In the space of three weeks Stynes has gone from being one of the few presenters with a daily radio show and a daily TV show to seeing Ten axe The Circle and being dropped from Mix FM’s national afternoon radio show.
After her television job came to an end with the axing of The Circle, it emerged today that Stynes has been dropped from the nationally networked 3Pm Pick-Up which she co-hosted with former co-star of The Circle Chrissie Swan.
Swan will now co-present the show with Jane Hall who presents the network’s Melbourne breakfast show with her. No mention was made of Stynes in today’s announcement from Arn’s Mix.

Curious goings-on during an ad break for Nine’s Sydney broadcast of The Logies. The network aired an ad for Arn’s radio station Mix just before 9.30pm.
Which would have been a pleasing marketing investment to see for Mix 106.5′s Sydney breakfast team of Tim Ross and Claire Hooper.
Except it was a promo for Mix 101.1′s Melboune breakfast team of Chrissie Swan and Jane Hall.
Dr Mumbo suspects that the phone call to the Nine sales team for a makegood is coming right… now.

Roger Ailes slams Jon Stewart as a conservative-basher, explains why he rode to Juan Williams' rescue-and sees NPR as taxpayer-funded propaganda. Part II of Howard Kurtz's interview.
Update: On Thursday, Ailes apologized to the Anti-Defamation League (Adl) for describing NPR brass as "Nazis." He wrote: "I was of course ad-libbing and should not have chosen that word but I was angry at the time because of NPR's willingness to censor Juan Williams for not being liberal enough... My now considered opinion 'nasty, inflexible bigot' would have worked better." Abraham H. Foxman, Adl's national director and a Holocaust survivor, responded: "I welcome Roger Ailes apology, which is as sincere as it is heartfelt. Nazi comparisons of this nature are clearly inappropriate and offensive. While I wish Roger had never invoked that terminology, I appreciate his efforts to immediately reach out and to retract his words before they did any further harm.

Jane Hall (Rebecca Robinson), Matthew Werkmeister (Zeke Kinski), Erin Mullally (Declan Napier), Sam Clark (Ringo Brown), Margot Robbie (Donna Freedman) and Carla Bonner (Steph Scully) have all quit the long-running show this year ahead of its shift from Channel Ten to digital station Eleven.
