Jason Kanjiro Howard is Japanese Irish Writer, Director, Producer and performer born in San Francisco. He moved to Los Angeles to study film at Loyola Marymount University and has paralleled film and finance for his whole career. His short film "A Confession" won the Jack Haley Jr. Award for Film Excellence. In 2003, he and Producer Joe Miyano made the longform narrative short film called "Chemical Bonds" which won a directing award. In 2012 he transitioned to Executive Producing working with accredited investors, hedge funds, and private wealth management to provide financing for Film and Entertainment. He performs music, comedy and storytelling as The Komodo Dragon.
