Britain's Prince Charles stunned pub regulars in Liverpool when he joined them for a pint. The heir to the throne was walking outside the Wellington Vaults - which has peeling paint and boarded-up windows - in Toxteth, an inner city area of Liverpool, when locals shouted at him to come in and join them for a drink, and he started walking towards the establishment. Charles was strolling around outside the pub following a visit to The Florence Institute, a community centre known locally as The Florrie, which has re-opened following a £6.4 million Heritage Lottery Fund grant.
