- Rodger Maus was born on September 15, 1932 in Santa Monica, California, USA. He was an art director and production designer, known for Village of the Damned (1995), Victor/Victoria (1982) and The Time Tunnel (1966). He died on March 16, 2017 in Palm Springs, California, USA.
- During the 1960's Maus worked extensively for Producer Irwin Allen on his science-fiction series, "Voyage to the Bototm of the sea", "Lost In Space", "The Time Tunnel" and "Land of the Giants". Two of his most famous creations were the 'Space Pod', a small scout-craft from "Lost in Space" (based on the NASA Lunar Module) and the 'Spindrift' space-plane seen in "Land of the Giants".
