Ivy Cavic, who served as head of TV and digital at talent management company Roar for roughly eight years, has joined competing firm Rare Global as partner. Cavic will bring her bold-faced clients into the Rare fold, including beauty megastar Kandee Johnson, lifestyle vlogging duo The Merrell Twins, and comedy mom vlogger Deva Dalporto (of the MyLifeSuckers channel).
Rare’s roster already includes some of the biggest beauty and fashion vloggers on earth, including Jenn Im (4.1 million followers across social media), Jackie Aina (2.5 million), and Wengie (14.2 million). Rare steers its clients' careers across digital and traditional media, including 360-degree management, media strategy, and agent guidance. In addition to her digital roster, Cavic also reps the actress Paris Berelc, who has appeared on the Disney Channel and Netflix.

Deva Dalporto, creator of viral videos “Suburban Funk” and “I Just Need Some Space,” among others, has signed with UTA.
