- (1975) He wrote the first original audio production based on Doctor Who (1963) called "Doctor Who and the Pescatons". Released in July 1976 by Argo Records, it featured the series' then current stars, Tom Baker and Elisabeth Sladen, as the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith. In 1991, Pemberton novelized the story for Target Books. He also wrote a novel based upon his 1968 "Doctor Who" serial "Fury from the Deep" (again for Target) in 1986.
- (2012) Provided a commentary on The Tomb of the Cybermen: Episode 1 (1967) for the Doctor Who (1963) DVD "The Tomb of the Cybermen" (Special Edition).
- (1986) Appeared as a guest panelist at Panopticon VII, a convention to celebrate 10 years of the "Doctor Who" (1963) Appreciation Society.
- (February 13, 1966 - March 27, 1966) Wrote the seven-part BBC Light Programme thriller serial "The Slide".
- (January 22, 1975) Wrote the BBC Radio 4 play "The Fall of Mr Humpty".
- (December 16, 1972) Wrote the BBC Radio 4 "Saturday Night Theatre" play "Eyes Of The Buddha".
- (March 5, 1978) Wrote the BBC Radio 4 "Afternoon Theatre" play "Dark".
- (May 30, 1968 - June 24, 1968) Wrote the eight-part BBC Radio 2 thriller serial "Kill The Pharaoh!".
