Children (and adults) around the world are still loving Disney's Frozen, but one little girl got quite the surprise when her Elsa birthday cake was delivered.
Californian baker Lisa Randolph-Gant's attempt to recreate Disney's popular heroine didn't quite go as planned, and the final result ended up looking a bit more Courtney Love than ice queen.
The cake was for a critically ill little girl named Briana, who despite Elsa's unexpected appearance, was very happy with her treat from the charity Icing Smiles.
However, photos of the cake found their way online and quickly went viral, with unknowing members of the public mocking the baker's work.
However, Randolph-Gant has defended herself valiantly against criticism.
She explained: "Yes I know the cake looks a Hot Mess ...... But here is the back story ...I had just lost my grandmother and I had been with my Mum all day comforting her.
