Swedish Crown Princess Victoria has turned down the chance to become a Hollywood star Bosses at Warner Brothers approached the court to find out whether the princess would be interested in playing herself in three scenes in a film called Princess Victoria. Elisabeth Tarras-Wahlberg, the spokesman for the Swedish court, says, "The Crown Princess cannot take part in a commercial American film." She added that the decision reflected the way of thinking and the general principles of the princess, who is the eldest daughter of King Carl Gustav and Queen Silvia. The producer of the planned film, Jason Schultz, may now try and persuade 23-year-old Victoria's younger sister, Princess Madeleine, 18, to take part in the film. The film tells the story of a burned-out American businessman who goes to Sweden to start a new life.
