Kate Hudson doesn’t need to suck in her post-baby belly, but she’s doing it for the ‘gram.
The new mom of three, 39, shared a silly selfie on her social media on Sunday revealing her workout attire and slimmed-down figure just two months after welcoming daughter, Rani Rose, with her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa. In the snapshot, she’s making a fishface at the camera as she holds up her phone and shows off her glutes and thighs emphasized by her leggings.
“The Sunday suck in,” she captioned the photo alongside the blushing emoji. She also tagged the two women,...

Kate Hudson is a big fan of Pilates — and she has the abs to prove it!
The actress shared a video from her workout class with trainer Nicole Stuart, where she rolled, curled and lifted on the reformer, while decked out in a sports bra and leggings from her Fabletics line.
“Always my Number 1! #pilateslove,” Hudson, 38, captioned the video.
The star, who buzzed her hair off in July for her role the upcoming movie Sister, directed and written by Sia, started doing Pilates as a teen.
“I was 19 when I discovered Pilates, and I’m still doing it,” she previously told Shape.

Who says wine and workouts don’t mix?
Kate Hudson proved that you can include a little rosé in a workout by using two bottles as weights.
The actress, 38, shared a video of the workout with her trainer, Nicole Stuart (who was busy sipping from her own glass of rosé), on Instagram.
“Sometimes you gotta work for it!” Hudson captioned the post.
And just because the Fabletics founder was using wine bottles as weights doesn’t mean that she was taking it easy. She pumped and squatted away — on one leg at times! — as Stuart looked on.
“Just because you...

For whatever reason, Kate Hudson was more interested in showing off her gigantic purse—as opposed to her face—on the set of her new movie, “Wish I Was Here” Friday (August 30) in Los Angeles.
Donning a pretty yellow dress, the actress used her tribal print handbag to hide from the pesky paparazzi. (Apparently her oversized sunglasses weren’t big enough.)
The new movie, which also stars Ashley Greene and Zach Braff, is a project that writer/director Braff financed through a Kickstarter campaign.
Goldie Hawn’s daughter has been staying in shape by following a strict work out regimen, according to her trainer Nicole Stuart. She explained, “We do Pilates for an hour, three times a week. If she’s prepping for something it’ll be more. We always combine cardio—like a mile run—before a Pilates class. On off days, she’ll meet me for yoga or a spin class.

Teaming up for their new indie flick, Kate Hudson and Ashley Greene showed up on the set of “Wish I Was Here” in Los Angeles on Wednesday (August 28).
The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” mommy looked snazzy in a white blouse/black skirt combo as she chatted with the navy-clad “Twilight” starlet.
And despite the fact that she’s given birth to two children, Kate looks more gorgeous than ever, something she attributes to a strict Pilates regimen.
Hudson’s trainer Nicole Stuart told press, “We do Pilates for an hour, three times a week. If she’s prepping for something it will be more. We always combine cardio - like a mile run - before a Pilates class. On off days, she’ll meet me for yoga or a spin class.”...

Summer's not over yet, and it's never too late to get into bikini-ready shape! We sat down with Kate Hudson's personal trainer, Nicole Stuart, to talk about her new iPhone app, "QE2: Celebrity Quick Easy Exercises." It features four 10-minute targeted workouts (for arms, abs, butt and hips) that can be done virtually anywhere. We know: We tried them all.
(Don't worry about taking notes. We'll have a preview of Nicole's fave exercises at the end of this interview.)
momlogic: We Love how great Kate Hudson is looking! Tell us about your iPhone app, and how it's helping moms like us get back into shape.
Nicole Stuart: I love my iPhone app. It's great because it's a routine for anyone to learn and practice. If you don't have the time, it's the perfect thing to do -- just choose one area to work. Arms, abs, hips, butt ... each workout is 10 to 12 minutes.
