- Reza Beyk Imanverdi was born on June 15, 1936 in Teheran, Iran. He was an actor and producer, known for Tiger Ring (1964), Man with Two Faces (1968) and Bandari (1973). He died on September 13, 2003 in Laveen, Arizona, USA.
- He and other popular entertainers were forced to leave Iran after the overthrow of the Shah in 1979, accused by the new regime of having promoted decadence and moral corruption.
- Despite being one of the most prolific actors in Iranian cinema, he had to live in exile after the revolution in 1979 and didn't appear in any movies until his death on foreign soil at the age of 67.
