- At first, acting was a way for me to escape, growing up there was a kind of social conditioning in better words a stigma. We were made to believe that expressing yourself as a young black man was a no-no that it was a sign of weakness in other words softness. However, acting allowed me to tap into a side of me that I never yet explored. It allowed me to be my true self without fear. Acting changed my life.
