Israel have won four times while Denmark, Italy, Norway, and Ukraine have won three times each. Austria, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland have won twice. Meanwhile, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Monaco, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Yugoslavia have all won once.

One of the biggest storylines for fans came with the growing relationship between Tony and Ziva. However, thanks to Cote de Pablo leaving the show, and then Michael Weatherly departing, this love story never had a satisfying ending for fans. Even when de Pablo returned, Weatherly was gone and fans were left wanting.
That will change with a Tony and Ziva NCIS spinoff series coming to Paramount+. Here is what you need to know.
Tony & Ziva Finally Getting NCIS Closure
For years, fans watched NCIS to see if Tony DeNozzo and Ziva David would finally get their happy ending. It never occurred. Instead, Ziva seemingly died and left Tony with their child he never knew existed. Tony left after Season 13, taking the child and going to Paris, as he never believed Ziva was dead.
That led to Season 16 when it turned out Ziva was alive and returned for a story...

Paramount’s Tony & Ziva NCIS spinoff is untitled no more. The two stars of the Europe-set series, Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo, got on Zoom to unveil the moniker of the offshoot Tuesday.
After referencing a couple of titles that had been floated, NCIS: Europe and NCIS: Trust No One, the duo announced that the official title of their new show will be NCIS: Tony & Ziva.
“It makes it really easy because the fans will know exactly what the show is. It’s about Tony and Ziva in Europe,” de Pablo said.
The action-packed spinoff, which has a 10-episode order, will follow Tony (Weatherly) and Ziva (de Pablo) as they find themselves on the run across the old continent.
Filming on the series — the second extension of the NCIS franchise beyond the U.S. after NCIS: Sydney — is slated to begin this summer in Budapest. John McNamara is the writer/showrunner.

It will be a long wait until the first NCIS: Europe episode arrives.
That’s the unofficial name some NCIS fans gave the new spin-off featuring Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo.
The name does fit, as it’s an NCIS show in Europe, leading to a very fitting possible name. But CBS hasn’t announced what they are calling it yet.
Since it’s easier to keep calling it that as a point of reference, it’s what we will do for the rest of this article.
NCIS: Europe tells the continued stories of NCIS agents Anthony Dinozzo and Ziva David. One chapter in their overseas lives will be examined in the first season of the new series.
Tony and Ziva are raising their daughter (Tali) in Paris. When Tony’s security company gets attacked, the family flees through Europe. Thus making this the first mobile NCIS series.

In case you somehow missed it, the 1,000th episode of the NCISverse is upcoming.
That will be NCIS Season 21 Episode 7, airing on CBS at 9 p.m. Monday, April 15.
The event was heralded by an Entertainment Tonight special hosted by Kevin Frazier, which aired April 8 on CBS. It's likely still available on streaming service Paramount+.
NCIS has been on 21 seasons, NCIS: Los Angeles lasted 14 seasons, and NCIS: New Orleans seven. NCIS: Hawaii is in its third season, while NCIS: Sydney recently finished its first season. You do the math to get to 999.
So, as the NCISverse's 1,000th episode approaches, would now be the peak for the franchise, with two spinoffs airing this season and two new spinoffs planned for next season?
Not at all, although this certainly could be seen as the golden age of NCIS Recycling, which admittedly is at least in vogue now.

The NCIS franchise continues to expand, and one of the upcoming shows is going to give fans exactly what they’ve wanted for years: more Tony (Michael Weatherly) and Ziva (Cote de Pablo)! De Pablo left NCIS in 11 before returning for the Season 16 finale and four episodes of Season 17. Weatherly exited at the end of Season 13 and was last seen at the end of the tribute to Ducky and the late David McCallum in the current 21st season. The new series was given a straight-to-series order on February 28. “We’ve been talking about this story for many years, and now with John McNamara at the helm, we are ready,” said Weatherly and de Pablo at the time. “The world of Tony and Ziva (and daughter Tali) promises to be an action-packed roller coaster fueled by love, danger, tears and laughter. The NCIS franchise is expanding again — with a pair of very familiar faces from its past.
Cote de Pablo and Michael Weatherly are set to star in an untitled, Paris-set spinoff of the series, reprising their roles as, respectively, Ziva David and Tony Dinozzo. The series order comes on the heels of Weatherly returning to the flagship CBS series last week as NCIS paid tribute to the late David McCallum.
De Pablo left NCIS in 2013, and Weatherly departed two years later. In the show’s story, Tony left the service to raise his and Ziva’s daughter after her supposed death. When she was discovered to be still alive years later (de Pablo made several guest appearances in season 17), she completed a final mission and was reunited with Tony and their daughter in Paris.

It's almost a running joke that the Dick Wolf series inevitably has a revolving-door cast.
It's become frequent to the point of concern with the One Chicago series as we head into a new season with the loss of multiple characters across all three series.

Seriously, is the series cursed somehow?
Can FBI: Most Wanted Season 1's Cast Ever Be Topped?
When FBI: Most Wanted first came onto the scene, it had a strong showing as a spinoff of the original.
Julian McMahon's Jess Lacroix led the series, and unlike its predecessor, one of the most compelling angles for the show was that we spent a lot of time with Jess and his family at the center of the series.

Though TVLine has made a case for why any number of cast members/characters from NCIS‘ past could/should return for any possible on-screen tribute to the late David McCallum, there are also very valid reasons why that RSVP list might turn out to be quite limited.
Heading into its 21st season come February 2024, CBS’ NCIS cast now boasts zero original cast members, seeing as — if you get technical (and people do) — Sean Murray (who plays McGee) and Brian Dietzen (Dr. Palmer) did not become series regulars until Seasons 2 and 10, respectively. Following a new report that 12 additional women have accused Justin Sane of sexual misconduct, his former Anti-Flag bandmates have issued a harsh statement against the punk singer, even telling him “fuck you for hurting so many people.”
As initially reported, the 50-year-old Sane was indirectly accused by Kristina Sarhadi of rape during a podcast appearance in July, prompting Anti-Flag to immediately break up. Sarhadi later confirmed she was speaking about Sane. In a Rolling Stone report, 12 more woman stepped forward to share their stories of sexual misconduct at the hands of Sane, including one who alleged she was 12 years old when a then-teenage Sane assaulted her.
In response to the new accusations, Sane’s longtime Anti-Flag bandmates Pat Thetic, Chris “#2” Barker, and Chris Head released a statement in which they pulled no punches while expressing their anger toward the singer. The full statement reads as follows:
