Cher Lloyd has spoken out against the tabloid papers and online haters saying that they need to give her a bit of a break.
The 18 year old singer has been on the edge ever since she entered The X Factor last year, sparking controversy wherever she goes. But although she appears tough and able to handle herself, in an interview with radio station Brmb, Lloyd confessed that the hate and abuse is starting to really affect her.
She told DJ James Merritt:
This is what upsets me a lot and makes me think I don’t even want to do this anymore. I was delusional, because as a little girl I thought that I would become a pop star and everyone would love me and I’d have the best life ever. I’m not saying that I don’t have the best life ever but it’s been so tough.
