- Gabe Lenners is a media personality, producer, and journalist. He is best known for his work on Radio Disney, ABC News, and The Grammy Museum's "Spotlight Saturdays" series.
Early Life: Gabe Lenners was born November 11, 1987 in North Platte, Nebraska to Jane Lenners and Danny Lenners. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Career: In 2017, Gabe Lenners helped launch Radio Disney Country. He went on to produce over 50 episodes of the "Radio Disney Country Close Up with Gabe Lenners" series. The content highlighted "the grind" and lesser-known stories about artists breaking onto the Nashville scene.
Over the years, Gabe has had the opportunity to work on various projects. He covered the People's Choice Awards for Good Morning America and the Primetime Emmys red carpet for The Television Academy. He reported on the NAACP Image Awards, "Aquaman" premiere and various red carpet events for L.A. Live. Gabe covered Kanye West's "Sunday Service" at Coachella and Neon Carnival at Stagecoach. He also hosted a panel with the cast of the Disney+ original film, "Secret Society of Second Born Royals," live from D23 at Disneyland in Anaheim.
When it comes to interviewing, Gabe loves creating candid moments that showcase how people are more alike than different. He has interviewed over 400 artists and actors, including the casts of hit shows like "Game of Thrones," "Breaking Bad," "Dancing with the Stars," "Scandal," "How To Get Away With Murder," "The Bachelorette" and "The Walking Dead" franchise. On the music side, Gabe has interviewed Stevie Wonder, Morgan Wallen, Bebe Rexha, Blake Shelton, Maren Morris, Avril Lavigne, Luis Fonsi, Tori Kelly, and many more.
