Washington, July 30: Though the number of young adults abusing cocaine has dropped significantly, according to the 2008 National Survey of Drug Use and Health, but it's use in Hollywood is "still going strong."
In the town founded on fame, cocaine is often synonymous with stardom.
"In general, with cocaine abuse, or cocaine dependence, the numbers are dropping. They are not peaking or elevating. But in Hollywood, it's still going strong," Fox News quoted Dr. Reef Karim, a leading addiction specialist at The Control Center in Los Angeles, as saying.
"You still see coke everywhere in Hollywood. It is still considered.

When it comes to Glbt issues, CNN's Showbiz Tonight may have reached a new low this week, with their segment "Hollywood and flexisexuality."
Watch for yourself.
What's so bad? It's hard to know where to start. Clearly, the purpose of this piece of "journalism" was mostly to titillate male viewers with Megan Fox crawling around in her underwear and other clips of women kissing.

Probably the most egregious aspect to the "report" is the way it reduces bisexuals — er, "flexisexuals'? — to wanton sexpots who "don't want to play by the rules." Then there is the "expert" named Dr. Reef Karim — a Psychiatrist...
