Theatres were shut down across the country in mid-March and reopened only in the month of December. In the meantime, movies which were scripted, planned and executed for a large scale release on the silver screen had to settle for Over-the-Top (Ott) platforms. And this decision was not a piece of cake for producers, as they had to mull over the pros and cons, what with the uncertainty of when normalcy would return on one side and the financial pressure on the other.
