Rachel King is a professional genealogist based in London, UK with a specialism in DNA / genetic genealogy and investigative/forensic genealogy.
Rachel was born in the east of England in the late 1970s and was introduced to genealogy at a very young age; by her teens she knew all about her own family history to her 2 x great-grandparents, and got more involved in the world of genealogy as an adult.
In 2016 she discovered genetic genealogy and the rest is history. As well as helping numerous private clients identify previously unknown family members, she has helped give names back to John and Jane Does through the DNA Doe Project and assisted with various research for TV including for the UK production of Who Do You Think You Are.
