Ahead of the episode, NBC released a sneak peek — set at the ‘Rollisi’ baby’s christening — that a) shows Kelli Giddish’s return as Rollins and b) lets us know Amanda and Sonny had a little boy. (You can watch the clip below.)

Mariska Hargitay and Ice-t posed for photos together while arriving at the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 25th Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday night (January 16) in New York City.
Fellow cast members in attendance included Christopher Meloni and wife Sherman Williams, Peter Scanavino, Kelli Giddish and husband Beau Richards, Tamara Tunie, Stephanie March, Ainsley Seiger, David Krumholtz, and Dann Florek.
Mariska‘s husband Peter Hermann and Ice-t‘s wife Coco Austin were also in attendance.

Kelli Giddish is bringing former Det. Amanda Rollins back to the NBC procedural for its Season 25 premiere, TVLine has learned exclusively. The appearance will be Giddish’s second since she left the show in December 2022; she previously returned for Svu‘s Season 24 finale, which was part of a season-ending crossover between Svu and Organized Crime.

Kelli Giddish is now a mom of three. The Law & Order: Svu vet shared on September 14 that she and her husband Beau Richards welcomed their son, Oldie Richards, on June 20, with a photo on Instagram of the three of them. “We are so in love and so very grateful. Oldie,” she wrote in the caption. “You’ve brought immeasurable Joy to me and your daddy and your two brothers (and your grandparents and aunts and uncles!).
