- Danish actress and singer/songwriter Trine Stårup did her acting training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York. Working internationally in Films, TV, Theatre and Music from the age of 12 and trained in music and circus arts from the age of 5. She has french and Spanish blood in her veins and has a good ear for languages due to her families many travels throughout her life. She grew up in Egtved, Denmark. From the age of 12 she was a member of the Dorothea Theatre performing in several plays and musicals as well as being a student in the drama department until graduating from high school. She made appearances in national comedy TV-series and had leading roles in a couple of controversial movies before deciding to move to New York to attend the professional acting program at the Strasberg Institute. This lead her to appear in off Broadway productions as well as being cast as the lead in the independent film A Wizzo's tale. After completing her training she moved back to Denmark to start working in Copenhagen. Back in Copenhagen her career is blossoming: being a regular on TV, doing theatre and voice overs as well as having landed the job as the sexy magical assistant in the world touring illusion show Martin Brock hasn't heard of you either.. - Started acting in the same community theater, Dronning Dorothea Teatret, as actor Anders W. Berthelsen, Matias Kristian Andersen Bager and caster Tommy Duus. She joined the Theater group at the age of 12.
- Was initially considered by Mali Finn and James Cameron to play the lead in James Camerons movie Alita: Battle Angel (2019) until the shooting was rescheduled from 2006 to 2009.
- At Strasberg she was known as "the cat" and "the queen of farce". The cat because of her work on the role Maggie the cat in Tennessee Williams 'Cat on a hot tin roof'. The queen of farce was a name that her teacher Robert Castle gave her after her impressive and daring performances in the french farces of 'George Feydeau' Hotel Paradiso and Mixed Doubles.
- Studied Yoga at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in India, Canada and New York. She is a certified yoga teacher and has worked as a model in the leading yoga magazines as Yoga International and Yoga Journal
- Has a good ear for languages and accents. Speaks English, Danish, French, German and Spanish.
