- Her parents, both American, met in Germany during WWII. Her father, Alfred Julius Bielskis, was a Senior Vice President for Security Bank in Los Angeles. Her mother, Jeanne Marie Bielskis, was the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Santa Cruz.
- Her grandfather, Dr. Julius Jonas Bielskis, an immigrant from Lithuania, was the Lithuanian Consul General, based in Los Angeles.
- Her uncle, Dr. David L. Hagmann, an attorney, chemist and botanist, bred a new variety of Camelia, and named it after her aunt, Ruta (Bielskis) Hagmann; who was a professional ice skater, and is a former member of AGVA.
- She is a Licensed Aesthetician, has a CA Real Estate License and is a Certified Machine Operator.
- One of her goals is to see all the natural wonders of the world.
- She was the City liaison for, and was instrumental in, completing the Census 2000 for the City of Capitola, CA.
- She is PADI Scuba certified, which she completed in 2001 with her son, Cole, while they were living on Maui.
- Sarah Nealis, an accomplished stage actress and Equity member, is her second cousin.
- Caroline has a B.S.in Design from San Jose State University, has taken MBA courses toward a degree, and has attended UCLA,UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and the University of Hawaii.
- She has traveled to Europe, New York City, the Painted Desert, Hawaii, and other places - and wants to see more of the world.
- Caroline has one son, Cole Alexander Bielskis, who played water polo for UCI, and also played professional water polo for Olympic Nice Natation, in Nice, France.
- Caroline is an avid sailor and enjoys yacht racing on a regular basis. She has been a crew member on several winning yachts, in Southern California coastal yacht races.
- Caroline has a BS degree in Design, from San Jose State, and continuing education at UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UCLA, the University of Hawaii Maui; and MBA coursework as well.
