Catalina is an Emmy-winning producer from Cali, Colombia, based in Los Angeles. She serves as the Co-Head of Propagate International, where she oversees the development and production of Fuego, Propagate's Spanish-language content label. At Propagate, Catalina has identified and produced various projects from the early stages of development and conception to exhibition. These include In Her Hands, a documentary co-produced with Hillary Clinton, directed by Marcel Mettelsiefen, nominated for the Oscars, sold to Netflix, and also an Emmy winner; and the fiction show 90 Minutos, created by Joe Rendon, which was sold to Peacock/T+. Additionally, she also co-supervises the sales and distribution of Propagate's catalog.
Previously, she worked as the Global Sales Manager at Gunpowder and Sky, leading the team and helping shape the international strategy for titles such as the SXSW documentary Everybody's Everything, Her Smell, starring Elisabeth Moss. Years earlier, she worked at Magnolia Pictures where she handled international sales and festivals for films like RBG, nominated for the Oscars, and Lucky, starring Harry Dean Stanton.
