A third “Hocus Pocus” film is officially in the works at Disney+, President of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production Sean Bailey confirmed to the in a New York Times profile while discussing the company’s upcoming live-action project slate.
The news comes months after Disney+ released a long-awaited sequel to the 1993 cult classic, which saw the return of Bette Midler’s Winifred Sanderson, Sarah Jessica Parker’s Sara Sanderson and Kathy Najimy’s Mary Sanderson.
“Hocus Pocus 2” certainly succeeded in capturing new and old fans alike, with the Sept. 30, 2022, release securing its spot as the most watched original Disney+ movie in the first three since its launch and logging 2.7 billion minutes viewed.

Charlie Sheen is heading back to television.
The Two and a Half Men star has teamed up with Entourage creator Doug Ellin for a new dramedy series set in Hollywood.
Ramble On will star Sheen and Entourage’s Kevin Connolly and Kevin Dillon as themselves about Hollywood veterans looking to reinvent their voices alongside up and comers looking to establish their own.
It will also feature Sheen’s father Martin Sheen, Kimiko Glenn, Bre-z, John C. McGinley, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Zulay Henao, Mark Cuban, James Hiroyuki Liao, Harvey Guillén, Ana Ortiz, Sara Sanderson, Mikaela Hoover and Adam Waheed with a guest appearance by Entourage alum Emmanuelle Chriqui.
Ramble On is produced by Angry Lunch, a new production company founded by Ellin and Ted Foxman, a former semiconductor testing equipment exec and real estate developer, in association with Action Park Media. The pair will exec produce alongside Gary Goldman with Jeremy Alter producing.

Somehow without much fanfare, all 18 episodes of Jessica Rose-starring Blood Cell snuck out this week on TheWB.com. What was once one of most anticipated (if YouTube trailer views mean anything) series cooked up at the now-defunct 60Frames, is now tucked away on TheWB. Right off the bat, this on is, well, gripping. A girl has been kidnapped and her friends Julia (Rose) Alex (Sara Sanderson) are lopped into the hunt when a late night call from their kidnapped friend Susan jolts Julia. Being a web series, the media-rich phone shows a video friend Susan—crying and scared. The kidnapper is a disturbingly grotesque thing (think Saw’s tricycle riding clown and you wouldn’t be far off), but there’s a catch: Julia can’t turn off her phone – if she does, her friend dies. A text message hits the phone moments later: “Dead Cell = Dead Friend.” Over...
