Michelle has always shown a strong artistic and creative streak with a great love of the arts, theatre, cinema and music. At St. Brandon's School, Clevedon, she wrote and directed several plays. This led her to become a member of both Footlights and her college dramatic society at Cambridge University.
Her passion for film was first ignited in 1996 when she did a 2-day film school at Raindance in Soho, London, England. This was also the year in which she met her great friend and mentor, Peter Rafelson, son of Bob Rafelson, when she went to see his show, Voyeurz, in one of London's West End theatres.
In 2003, Michelle first began making short films although she had been writing scripts for several years. She is currently working on several feature films which she will also direct.
