Welcome to this week’s review of Aew Dark: Elevation, the opening salvo in the Aew wrestling week. We’ve got a new duo on commentary this week, Excalibur and Matt Menard..?! Let’s see what the show has to offer.
Match #1: Josh Woods and Tony Nese def. Arik Cannon and Tristan Davis
My Thoughts: Dull quasi-squash and a waste of the talent involved.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Dark Order def. Tug Cooper, Drew System, Rylie Jackson and Adam Grace
My Thoughts: Fun multi-man squash. Dark ORder did their thing with aplomb as usual.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #3: Serena Deeb def. Sierra
My Thoughts: Sierra put in a decent showing last week and despite facing the queen of the enhancement talent squash, she also managed to showcase herself her too, breaking out of a number of Deeb’s moves. More from Sierra please Tony Khan!

Welcome to this review of this weeks episode of Aew: Dark, I’m editor Phil and this weeks episode of Dark is another arena show rather than Aew Universal.
Match #1: Powerhouse Hobbs def. Jaysin Strife
My Thoughts: This was a total squash match (all be it an extended one) but one that saw Hobbs plaiyng with his opponent – throwing him around and generally beating him up! Hobbs needs a better finished than the torture rack though Imho.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Andrade El Idolo def. Jah-c
My Thoughts: Jah-c was a local talent that the crowd were definitely behind, even if he didn’t stand a chance against Andrade – who worked over Jah-c’s arm, and his face, in stiff fashion. Jah-c did get a few decent moves in before Andrade hit an armbar out of nowhere to get the submission win.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match...

Another week, another episode of Aew Dark: Elevation a show whose quality, like its other namesake Aew: Dark, goes up and down like a yo-yo. We had a high streak for the past few weeks so I’m expecting the down turn to hit any time now… Whatever, lets get on to this weeks review!
Match #1: Wardlow def. Jason Hotch
My Thoughts: What a way to open the show… Copy the worst of WWE. Pathetic. Seriously does nothing to make Wardlow look strong. Dude should be fighting the likes of Miro, any of Bear Country… Not enhancement talent in their second appearance on Aew programming.
My Score: 0 out of 5 Match #2: Dustin Rhodes and Lee Johnson def. Vsk and Travis Titan
My Thoughts: Lee Johnson gets another outing on Aew programming and still, thankfully, looks like he’s making more and more progress with his skills. And wrestling with...
