Fourteen-year-old chef Greg Grossman has signed a production deal to develop and star in his own reality TV show.
Grossman and New York-based Picture This Television ("Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List") are teaming to land the professional teen chef a series.
"The moment we met Greg, we knew he was a one-of-a-kind-talent," said Picture This partner Bryan Scott. "It's not every day you encounter a kid who goes to junior high school during the day and cooks with some of the world's leading chefs at night."
Grossman was raised in East Hampton, N.Y., and started catering when he was 11 years old. His work has drawn media headlines and the interest of celebrity chefs.

While parents might be blaming the media for the rampant rate at which teens engage in sexual activities, some media outfits are moving towards the more educational and informational aspect of broadcasting, encouraging families to communicate with their children at an early age and take responsibility in guiding them throughout their adolescent years. In fact, MTV has cooked up a new series that will address this issue as to avoid misleading the youth when it comes to sex and intimate relationships. Along with Dr. Drew, MTV is launching Sex…With Mom and Dad on Monday, September 29 at 7pm.
"This is a unique and compelling format from overseas that we redeveloped and adapted for the MTV audience about getting families to talk openly about a taboo topic," EVP, MTV Programming and Series Development Tony DiSanto said. "'The talk' is a personal choice for every family, but what Dr. Drew uncovers in...

Cable network Bravo has given a pilot pickup to Paycheck, a game show that challenges the cultural bias of first impressions and snap judgments.
In Paycheck, based on a new U.K. format from IDTV, seven players must guess each other's salaries, based on questions about pop culture, observations about their opponents, surprising and revealing "factoids" about each player and their own intuition. The player who matches all six opponents to their correct salaries can win as much as $25,000.
Picture This Television, the producers behind Bravo's Emmy-nominated series Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List, will produce the pilot, with Bryan Scott and Marcia Mule serving as executive producers. Picture This TV also produces Bravo's Celebrity Poker Showdown.
It's yet to be determined whether Paycheck will be a half-hour or hourlong project.
Bravo has ordered other game show pilots in the past, but none has made it to series.
