- Val Broeksmit is the creative brainchild and lead musician behind the band Bikini Robot Army with 33 albums. Val's a multi-instrumentalist, plays 7 instruments, and the band's songwriter/lyricist with over 700+ songs recorded. . Band members and notable musicians include Keith Richards of the Rollong Stones, Matt Goldsborough of Pentagtam and Filmmaker Andrew Jarecki of HBO's The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst, MTV's Catfish, Oscar nominated doc Capturing the Friedmans and the feature All Good Things.
- Val Broeksmit made headlines in 2014/2015 during the Sony Hack as the curator of the Sony Hack Documents and emails. His prodigious tweeting of the Sony Emails and documents made headlines around the world. He was the sole disseminator until passing the docs to various news outlets. He claims he had to give away the docs in order to stop Sony's David Boies from lawsuit. The Sony doc's were emailed to him by the mysterious hackers, named Guardians Of Peace (GOP).
- Val Broeksmit is the son of derivative pioneer and high profile banker William S. Broeksmit. Broeksmit, the investment banking genius creator and innovator of derivative/swaps at Deutsche Bank. William S. Broeksmit is credited with the invention of these financial products, CDO's and CDS - derivitives, swaps and derivitive trading while at Merril Lynch in the early 1980's. William Broeksmit's suicide made world headlines and spawned the so-called Banker Suicides in 2014.
