- Neil O'Donnell was born on July 3, 1966 in Morristown, New Jersey, USA.

He has not posted double-digit starts since he compiled 11 opening assignments with Cincinnati in 1998. In addition to his time with the Titans, He has previously played for Pittsburgh (1990-1995), the New York Jets (1996-1997) and Cincinnati (1998).
- He was the starting quarterback for Pittsburgh in the 1995 Super Bowl. He started for the New York Jets before joining the Titans as Steve McNair's backup.
