- Music duo Ken Oak & Ed Gorski wrote a song entitled "Inda" after actress and director Inda Reid. The song "Inda" is on their Album "Symposium" and was also featured in the film, "She's The Man," starring Amanda Bynes.
- Inda Reid was an original member of the all-girl band ROXXI, and opened for acts such as Destiny's Child, 112, and Prince. In 1999-2000, they toured Europe with Destiny's Child.

- Inda Reid's real name is Linda, she was called "Inda" by her mother who is a first-generation native of Thailand. Her mother had a difficult time pronouncing "L's" so she called her daughter "Inda." Inda's ethnic background consists of Thai-Laotian, on her mother's side, and French-Italian-Scotch-Irish on her father's side.
- In addition to being an award-winning director, Inda Reid also is a prominent acting coach to many Theater Actors transitioning to film. She instructs master classes as well as private workshops in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago for voice and movement as well as acting for the camera.
- Inda Reid met George Forgeng (composer/ musician) floating down the Colorado River on Cinco de Mayo Holiday (May 5th) in 2011. They were married on August 14th, 2012 when they eloped to Pinon Navajo Reservation in Arizona with a few friends. George composes and performs original music in many of Inda's films and productions.
- Inda Reid's first feature length documentary, The Making of The Nutcracker (2009) was the winner of Best Documentary and Audience Choice Award at The Temecula International Film Festival. Inda is also a successful Theater director, as well as an accomplished stage and film actress.
- Inda Reid's romantic-comedy short film, The Leading Man, won Best Picture at Vacaville International Film Festival (2011).
