- (2003) Simon played the role Tara Palmer-Tomkinson's boyfriend in the infamous Autotrader TV commercial directed by Luke Forsythe for JWT (J Walter Thompson)
- (2008) Simon was one half of Red Rhythm, the prolific multi-award winning hit record production, songwriting and remix team whose credits included Ashanti, Aaliyah, Atomic Kitten, Aggro Santos, Bananarama, Beverley Knight, Boyz II Men, Chaka Demus & Pliers, Cutfather & Joe, Eminem, Ginuwine, Jimmy Cliff, Kimberly Wyatt of The Pussycat Dolls, Kool & The Gang, Leona Lewis, Liberty X, Melanie C, Michael Jackson, Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child, Missy Elliot, Run-DMC, Sean Paul, Sting, Timbaland, Toni Braxton and Usher. He has gone on to produce and work with artists and writers including Alexandra Burke, Alexander O'Neal, Belouis Some, Beenie Man, Camo & Krooked, Clean Bandit, David Gray, Gorgon City, Guy Chambers, Julian Lennon, Lisa Maffia, Mandrill, Nasri, Peter Andre, Phil Rudd of AC/DC, Shara Nelson, Talib Kweli and The Messengers.
- (2009) Simon co-wrote the track "Flyaway" with Talib Kweli which featured on the Major US Hip-Hop & R&B Superstar Heavyweight album "True To The Game". Along with Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Akon, T-Pain, Rick Ross, Chingy, Ludacris, Big Boi of Outkast, Yung Joc and Macy Gray, they came together to work on the album where a percentage of the proceeds were donated to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum to help fund a $15 Million education and research centre.
- (2010) Simon won the 2010/11 British Television Awards for Best Recorded Music in the PUMA "Hard-Chorus" TV Ad Campaign and Worldwide internet sensation which attracted 130 Million hits. He subsequently went on to win the 2011 Cannes Gold Award and the 2011Clio Gold award for campaign.
- (2012) Simon was Executive Producer, Producer & Co-Writer of Peter Andre's UK silver award hit album "Angels & Demons" which featured on ITV2's "Peter Andre: My Life".
- (2014) Simon was producer of The Peace Collective's "All Together Now" which featured an all-star line-up of recording artists including David Gray, Julian Lennon, Clean Bandit, Engelbert Humperdinck, Gabrielle, Mick Jones of The Clash, Suggs of Madness, Gorgon City, The Proclaimers, Leo Sayer, Jermain Jackman, Holly Johnson, Alexandra Burke, Jane McDonald, Suzi Quatro, Paul Potts, Shara Nelson of Massive Attack, Jah Wobble, Amelle Berrabah of The Sugababes, Jona Lewie, Garry Christian, I Am Kloot, John Power of Cast, Matthew Murphy of The Wombats, Dave McCabe of The Zutons, Tommy Scott of Space, Jon McClure of Reverend & The Makers, The Farm, Dionne Bromfield & Guy Chambers. Executive Producers were Mick Jones & Suggs. Released by The BBC Worldwide (Demon Music), all profits from the record were donated to The British Red Cross and The Shorncliffe Trust. It reached Number One in the Official UK Independent Singles Breakers Charts and Number Three in the Official UK Independent Singles Charts on the 19th December 2014.
