Every February in New York, the Fashion Week tents pop up and some of the most established fashion designers on the planet preview what they expect the following season's trends will be with all of the city's and the world's eyes watching.
However, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week also means that newer, up-and-coming designers can have the chance to shine among all the marquee names. MTV News hit up the Academy of Art University show, where emerging young designers got their chance to display what they think you'll be wearing come next season.
