Fox Business Network reporter Gerri Willis removed her wig for first time on air since battling and defeating breast cancer. She displayed a new hairstyle and opened up about her treatment Thursday night on “Kennedy.” “It’s been a real journey,” Willis said. “I had a mastectomy of my right breast… I went into chemotherapy, eight treatments over four months.” Willis underwent the “red devil,” which she calls a “really caustic chemotherapy,” followed by Taxol. “After that I had breast reconstruction and then finally five weeks of daily treatments,” she said. Born in Spruce Pine, N.C., Fox Business Network anchor Gerri Willis ("The Willis Report") -- who also appears on "Cashin' In," part of the "Cost of Freedom" Saturday morning business block on Fox News Channel -- doesn't believe that TV correspondents should subsist on lettuce leaves and mineral water.
"I break that rule all the time," she tells Zap2it. "I wouldn't say I'm a chef, but I love to cook, because I love to eat. It's all the same thing, right?"
As to what her specialties are, Willis says, "If you're a girl from the South, you do baked goods -- coconut cupcakes, angel food, all that kind of stuff. Now I don't do that much. I love making dinners for friends. I make all kinds of weird stuff.
"I made a Brazilian feijoada -- black beans and meat, with lots of spices. Yummy. I do a lot of soups for home.

Appearing on the Fox Business Network with host Gerri Willis, Fox News Channel’s Red Eye co-host Andy Levy said that President Obama has been willfully inaccurate in recent days regarding the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act and has behaved in ways which are “a lot more unprecedented than what the Court would do if it overturned the law.”...

Fox Business Network scrapped its entire primetime lineup today, the New York Times reported. Beginning February 20, a repeat of the 5Pm to 8Pm block of shows fronted by Gerri Willis, Neil Cavuto and Lou Dobbs will replace political programming in the 8Pm to 11Pm slot. The Willis, Cavuto and Dobbs programs tend to feature Republican politicians and conservative commentators as guests, but they are less overtly political than shows they are replacing. Those programs are Freedom Watch with Andrew Napolitano, Power & Money with David Asman and Follow the Money with Eric Bolling. All three will remain contributors in other regular slots. Fox Business News last year had an average of 54,000 total viewers in primetime. Rival CNBC had an average of 228,000 primetime viewers.

During Fox News' Studio B, Shepard Smith tackled the contentious Sopa issue, which has spurred Wikipedia to shutdown on Wednesday. "If you are a content creator, and you are an artist and create something that you own, why should Google or anyone else be able to send it to someone without you being compensated for having created what they clearly want?" Smith questioned Fox Business Network's Gerri Willis.

Fox Business Network's resident financial expert Gerri Willis threw some shade on Own star Suze Orman's Pre-Paid Debit Card. The consumerist.com reported that Orman's out hawking a pre-paid debit card that is designed to help rebuild credit. Fox Business' Gerri Willis interviewed SmartCredit.com's John Ulzheimer said that while the fees associated with Suze Orman's Approved card are in line with industry norms, that Orman's card was "the best of a bad category or... the cream of the crap." Gop hopeful Ron Paul isn't letting Newt Gingrich off the hook for past alleged bad behavior. Gingrich is an emerging frontrunner in the Republican presidential campaign, especially since Herman Cain is "reassessing" and Mitt Romney got extra snippy with Fox news reporter Bret Baier on the air. Ron Paul's not having it. Paul's latest video is a montage called "Newt Gingrich: Serial Hypocrisy" - a two-and-a-half minute web advertisement that uses the former House speaker's own words to raise questions about Gingrich's constancy to conservative principles. Paul's new ad also condemns Gingrich with a Fox Business Network clip of Gerri Willis and his relationship with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Gingrich reportedly collected more...
