- When "Mets Fan" Eric Pastore was the property technician for "Dodger fan" Jason Bateman on "The Switch (2010)" & on "The Ex (2006)", Jason would purposely leave the newspaper opened with the Dodgers winning box score & Mets losing box score highlighted on Eric's prop cart every morning.
- After working with Darren Aronofsky on Black Swan (2010) & The Wrestler (2008), Eric Pastore was highly musically influenced by the darker and more intense modern soundtrack writing of Clint Mansell... especially the soundtrack to The Fountain (2006). Eric cites Max Richter (A24's Into the Forest (2015) by director Patricia Rozema) and the "The Moody Blues / Justin Hayward like" feel of the soundtrack to The Coen Brothers (Ethan Coen Joel Coen)'s Fargo (1996) by Carter Burwell as his greatest inspirations in thematic music & score writing.
- Eric Pastore wife Wendy Farrell Pastore (aka Wendy "Darling" Blackwood) is an album cover artist. Wendy Darling has created all of Eric, Pete Trewavas & Rick Armstrong (Son of Astronaut Neil Armstrong)'s album covers for their band Edison's Children's as well as the album covers of Rick Armstrong's 3 solo albums.
- Eric Pastore's first job in the entertainment industry was Supporting Howard Stern's new TV Show "The Howard Stern Show (1987)" & the broadcast team of "The New York Mets" at WWOR-TV as their IT-Computer guy. Eric was adored by the Howard Stern cast because he was usually the one printing & delivering the paychecks when "The Eagle Had Landed".
- While shooting "Mitch Albom's for One More Day (2007)" at Shea Stadium, Eric Pastore got locked in the New York Mets' personal dugout bathroom. When stadium operations finally unleashed him 45 minutes later, he was greeted by thunderous applause and a walking line of "high 5's" from Michael Imperioli & the entirety of Mitch Albom & Oprah Winfrey's shooting crew, as if he just "won the World Series".
- Eric Pastore got to experience the "magic" of David Blaine up close and personal when the famed magician suddenly appeared on the Battery Park Marina set of "Friends with Benefits (2011)" and performed his legendary card tricks for Justin Timberlake, Woody Harrelson and Eric Pastore (who was serving as Justin and Woody's On Set Property & "Tent City" technician on the Battery Park, Central Park and Times Square locations). Eric would work with Justin Timberlake again 2 years later on Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) when he was part of the "KFX" Special FX team for "The Coen Brothers" Joel Coen & Ethan Coen.
