- Azizah has appeared in productions and readings at the Rattlestick theater (NYC), Cherry Lane Theater (NYC), The Odyssey (LA), A.C.T. (SF), Pasadena Playhouse, and The Magic Theater (SF).
- She was the associate producer on the world premiere of Brooke Berman's "A Perfect Couple" at the DR2, NYC.
- Azizah graduated magna cum laude from the B.A. program in theater and film at the University of Southern California. She also studied at RADA (Royal Academy of Dramaic Art) in London.
