Christopher Descano

Christopher Descano, a Philadelphia born actor, studied acting at the
Birmingham School of Acting (formerly the Birmingham School of Speech
and Drama) in Birmingham, England. After several stage appearances in
Birmingham, London, and New York City, he returned to the states in
2003 and landed work in M. Night Shyamalan's "The Village". Several
featured roles later, including "Invinceable" starring Mark Wahlberg,
Descano was cast in his first principal role in the short film "Holy
Sapien", directed by Joel Levine. Descano can also be seen in
Pennsylvania Lottery commercials as the character "Razor", the winner
of the game Quinto.
He is also active in writing scripts and producing independent pilots.
In 2006, Descano was presented with the "Actor of the Year" first runner up award at IMTA Los Angeles. He won the "TV Real People" award, and placed 2nd in the "Cold Read" competition. Now managed by Baker Management NYC, Descano currently (2009) resides on the East Coast.
