Not even significant, invasive surgery can keep The Rock from balling.
The second season of HBO’s “Ballers” ended with Dwayne Johnson’s character, Spencer Strasmore, checking into a facility to address the hip issue that had been bugging him all season long. By the looks of it, it seems like the operation was not a failure.

Terrell Suggs: American football player and ... filmmaker?
The linebacker of the Baltimore Ravens has a lot to be excited about this week: he's playing in the Super Bowl on Sunday and his movie comes out on Blu-ray and DVD on Tuesday.
Suggs produced and co-wrote "The Coalition," a sexy drama about a group of wronged women who join forces to exact revenge on a professional athlete and his friends for playing them. This tale of revenge shows that, as the brilliant official synopsis describes it, an "A-list whirlwind of VIP nightclubs, charity galas, upscale spas and lavish gifts can also lead to a world of deception, cheating and heartache."
It looks like a crowd-pleaser, to say the least. See if you're up for the game with the trailer below.

Week 1 of NFL Fooball is now behind us and you know what that means, right? FX’s The League is about to kickoff its fourth season on October 11 at 10:30pm Et/Pt with another fantasy football draft. We’ve been hyped to see the new season to see what new vocabulary words we’ll be adding to our fantasy repertoire. Plus we also had this great interview with Nick Kroll (Ruxin) who said this season is going to be “dramatic.” And we also had this quick one with the Shiva her self, Janina Gavankar.
Those clever folks at FX put a pretty good campaign mocking those Brett Favre Levi’s Jean commercials, except in this version, Andre is “comfortable” in his skinny Jeans. Check out the promos for Season 4 and look for a guest appearance from Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs. Which one is your favorite?

The 2012 NFL Season kicks off this week so it’s the perfect time to put myself out there with some Afc Predictions for the division winners and wildcard teams. I had the chance to fully study every team during preseason, analyze how the rookies will fit in, and dissect all the important off season moves.
I’ll tackle the Afc predictions this time out and hit on the Nfc when we meet again. Dare I say, you can take these predictions to the bank!
Afc North
Baltimore Ravens - The Ravens made the playoffs the last 4 seasons, and won their division last year. They have as good a Head Coach / Gm combo as there is in the NFL. Joe Flacco is just a good enough quarterback to win with, as tailback Ray Rice can do the rest. The offense should be very good in 2012 but this being Baltimore it’s still all about the defense.

As most football fans know, the opening sequences of a game tend to make for cheesy TV flourishes. One of the more pompous acts of pageantry is when each starting member of an NFL team introduces himself by name and the university he attended. On Nov. 6, during NBC's telecast of a Sunday night match-up between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers, linebacker Terrell Suggs took this moment to a whole new level of absurdity by introducing his name as "Sizzle" and citing his alma mater as "Ball So Hard University."
