Black Panther will once again take the MCU spotlight thanks to a new Disney+ show confirmed for development by Marvel Studios.
Along with the Dora Milaje's inclusion in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Disney+ has largely highlighted the Black Panther in animated form thanks to the What If...? series.
The late Chadwick Boseman delivered his final performance as the T'Challa version of Star-Lord in Season 1, and at the end of 2023, Atandwa Kani will give life to the younger version of T'Chaka in Season 2.

The McU's next Disney+ show is bringing back the young T'Chaka actor from 2018's Black Panther.
Marvel introduced Atandwa Kani in the film's opening scene as a young version of Wakanda's King T'Chaka, with the older version being played by Atandwa's father, John Kani, in both Black Panther and 2016's Captain America: Civil War.
The late Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa from those films wound up being one of the McU's biggest stars before his untimely passing in 2020, with Boseman's final performance coming as Star-Lord T'Challa in the animated What If...? show.

Despite the staggering amount of characters (heroes and evil-doers alike) that make up the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Michael B. Jordan's Erik "Killmonger" Stevens in 2018's "Black Panther" still reigns as one of the most memorable antagonists in the franchise's history. Sure, there are more destructive villains, such as Josh Brolin's Thanos, or the limitless potential of Kang the Conqueror (as introduced in "Loki" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania"), but Killmonger stands apart thanks to his pure rage and charisma. Because of this, he presents a genuine ideological opponent for Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa.
There's a thick layer of tragedy and vulnerability to Jordan's portrayal of Killmonger, the estranged cousin of the Wakandan family throne. As with any proper multi-dimensional antagonist, Killmonger's descent into violence began with noble intentions: to utilize Wakanda's resources and technology to fight against the exploitation of Black people all over the world.

“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” juggles a lot of balls for a single film — it serves as a tribute and goodbye to “Black Panther” star Chadwick Boseman who died in 2020, chronicles the journey of a new Black Panther, introduces several important new characters to the MCU and features a surprising family reunion.
Read on below for major spoilers for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”.
After a whirlwind of events that result in Wakanda being attacked by Namor (Tenoch Huerta), leader of a fantastical underwater world, Tālokān, which, like Wakanda, is rich with vibranium. He initially offers an allyship with Wakanda, but turns on the nation when his initial efforts are rejected, leading to a violent confrontation that will shape the future of both worlds. The attack ends with the death of Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), which spurs Princess Shuri (Letitia Wright) to finally embrace tradition and take on the Black Panther mantle to protect her home.

The 24 Hour Musicals feature four new musicals written and performed in the span of just 24 hours. The marathon process begins at 9 Pm the night before the performance. Writers, composers, directors, choreographers, actors, music directors, musicians and production staff — many of whom have never worked with or met each other before — gather for an orientation where they share costume pieces and props, their special skills and reveal something that they have always wanted to do on stage. At 11 Pm, composers and writers get to work crafting 15-20 minute musicals overnight and at 9 Am the next morning, actors receive their roles and directors, choreographers and musicians arrive to begin rehearsal. Less than 12 hours later, they’ll perform in front of a live audience!

The all-wise, all-powerful King T’Chaka is forced to make a difficult choice in this newly-unveiled deleted scene from Marvel’s Black Panther.
Brought to life by Atandwa Kani, here we see T’Chaka mourn the loss of his brother, N’Jobu, who betrayed Wakanda and its people at the behest of Ulysses Klaw, who wished to sell Vibranium to the wider world and revel in his own blood money.
Entitled “Voices from the Past,” this is a small taste of the fourth and final deleted scene to be included in Black Panther‘s home video release, given Marvel has already rolled out previews for “Okoye And W’Kabi Discuss the Future of Wakanda,” “U.N. Meet and Greet,” and “T’Challa Remembers His Father,” which had the young, untrained ruler turn to his wise old mentor, Zuri, in his most desperate hour.
Pegged for a home video release on May 15th,...
