Trash-talking in tennis appears to have generated a buzz among players in recent months, but it has been a topic that continues to divide opinion.
Lately, Taylor Fritz and Aryna Sabalenka who feature in Part 2 of the tennis docuseries Break Point that aired on Netflix, were reunited as they reflected on the latest show and gave their thoughts on whether they see it fit to have trash talk being part and parcel of a tennis match.
Some tennis players have voiced their support for trash-talking as long as it isn't personal. Coco Gauff liked the idea and she thinks it would bring more fans on board. While doubles partner Jessica Pegula reckons it is already happening on the Atp Tour, and can't understand why it gets too personal with the women.

Indian Wells (USA), March 9 (Ians) Carlos Alcaraz, who took some time off after injuring his right hamstring during his run to the Rio Open final, a problem that forced him to withdraw from Acapulco, is raring to go on top of the Tennis summit, should he win the year’s first Atp Masters 1000 in Indian Wells.
The Spaniard controls his own destiny in the battle for No. 1 in the Atp Rankings over the course of the next two weeks. If the Spaniard wins the Indian Wells Masters, he will return to the top spot on March 20.
“I’m feeling really good right now, “Alcaraz said on tournament media day as quoted by the Atp Tour website. “Today was the first practice that I practised with some players and played some points. I feel great. I took some days off and it was really good for me. Right now I’m ready.

Mondo Gallery is putting some of the most iconic and feared monsters in the spotlight this month.
Dracula will join The Wolf Man, The Mummy and the Creature From The Black Lagoon, Frankenstein, and more to haunt an Austin art gallery.
The Mondo Gallery is hosting Universal Studio's classic monsters through the latter part of this month, Jan. 19 - Jan. 27, and THR got an exclusive look at some of the art that will be on display. It's something that Mondo says they are very excited about. Mitch Putnam, Mondo creative director, had this to say in a statement:
"Ever since our original Universal Studios’ Monsters show in 2012, we always knew we'd love to revisit it with a handful of fresh, new posters. We've got a bunch of our favorite artists tackling some of the most thrilling films of all time, so this one is kind of a dream come true.
